People talking about 8-10 gigs of RAM have no Idea what they're talking about.
It's hard to max a Computer today that has 8GB of RAM. I have 6 Gigs of RAM in my PC and I've never needed more.
Game consoles are only playing games and doing limited multi-tasking. Anything over 2 gigs of ram for a console is a waste of money for either company.
Really? You don't think they'll say anything until they launch the consoles?
Just like they didn't tell anyone anything about PS3, PS2, XBOX, XBOX 360, Wii, Gamecube, 3DS, DS, or any other system before it was released?
Trust me, we'll know everything about it before it's launched.

Which Direct X version a game is using has absolutely nothing to do with how many video settings a game has or how good the game looks...look at The Witcher 2.
And he probably chose that resolution because that's the resolution his monitor is...You wouldn't play at 1200p if you monitor/tv only supports 720p now would you?
I don't think it should be docked for not having co-op...but I think it would be cool.
Just like a companion type co-op...they have no control over anything, they just follow the main character around and help stomp baddies.

The shooting mechanics are just as good as any other third person shooter out there as well.
Skyrim has it's fair share of flaws (weak melee combat, bug issues, no diversity in enemy behavior... but that doesn't mean it's a bad game by any means.

Unfortunately, it's only the big guys like EA and Activision that are charging the $59.99 for new PC games...a lot of the smaller companies still only charge $49.99...but Idk how long that will last either..
But what a lot of people don't realize is JUST HOW MANY people are playing this game...the more people..the more bugs/glitches that are bound to show up.
Here bud... It's taken with a cell phone cam, but it's still good enough to show you what it will look like on PS3 and it looks fine to me.

I'm not sure, but I think I read somewhere that they're doing region unlocks at different times, so I'm not sure if that's the case or not.

Cell Phones are a completely different thing. The big sell for newer cell phones is how well they can multi-task. The most a console will ever have to do next gen is run a game, x-game chat, and play music in the background.
Maybe I was a bit harsh in saying that 2 gigs is enough for anything, but 3 gigs is UNDENIABLY enough for a next gen game console.
