Oblivion wasn't too bad...it kind of held your hand to get you started...when I first played Morrowind I was like "WTF where do I go...
That's what I love about the Elder Scrolls...It is in the RPG genre, but then again...it's so much more than that.
It truly is an "almost" go anywhere do anything type of game that really immerses you in the world.

Well that's my point kind of...if you don't like a certain genre of games...then WTF are you doing reviewing them.
I wouldn't go listen to a country music artist's concert, because I don't like country music...does that mean it's bad? Hell no, but it would be very biased if someone who likes country asked me how good that "new artist" is.
I'm sorry...but honestly, anyone who even remotely likes video games couldn't give this game less than an 85...
It has it's flaws, it's very similar to uncharted 2 in some aspects...but I never find myself saying "Oh man, I wish they would have done that differently"..like I find myself saying with almost every other game.

The problem isn't the perspective...it's the lack of innovation and unique ideas.
Everyone is trying to ride the success that the original MW started and it's getting very stale. Some new and fresh ideas are needed in my opinion.
You should really take a look at the PC versions of:
Batman Arkham Asylum and City
Borderlands
Bulletstorm
Portal 1 and 2
Unreal Tournament
Gears of War 1
...pretty much any game made looks better on PC if you have the hardware...
Well it definitely won't be in 1080p...
For the 70th time...they haven't counted digital sales which is where most of the sales came from... guaranteed.

I really beg to differ with that statement... I can almost guarantee I have more games for PC that I've bought than you have for PS3/Xbox360/PS2/gamecube/wii/w hatever you own combined.
The statement that all PC gamers just torrent all their games is a flat out lie.
Well I'm getting MW3 mostly for spec ops...
I get too frustrated at the multiplayer... I'll go 10-3 one match, 13-13 next match, then 0-7. Idk why but something about it just pisses me off if I play for more than 30 minutes.
But like I said, my best friend and I are stoked for some spec ops...we had so much fun getting all the stars on veteran in MW2.
Just wait for mods lol.

It's not like their games were getting considerably worse...
It was only GTAIV, and that was the first time they'd done anything on the new consoles.
I'm sure V is gonna be awesome and really give that San Andreas feel back to the game.
If you have a PC capable of running it, there's really no question.
The mods for this will put everything you've ever wanted that didn't make it into the final game.

AI that can spot me from 400+ yards through an enormous cloud of smoke and shoot me with pinpoint accuracy is not "Lovely".
It's cheap and VERY unrealistic. The only thing that gave this game some challenge was the ridiculously overpowered AI. I'd rather have more enemies than enemies who all seem to be elite trained snipers with thermal imaging scopes with aim assist.

There is no feasible way that shipping companies would be able to ship that many games to that many outlets in just one day. It's logistically and financially impossible and impractical.
If you're not going to buy the game, then ya pirating isn't right.
But honestly in my opinion, I've already paid for the game, if I had a 360 that was modded...I'd definitely be playing it early.
While I liked the witcher 2...They got rid of a lot of stuff from the original witcher that really disappointed me. I may have been happier if the game was longer and maybe had more of a real ending...that cliffhanger was RIDICULOUS.
