Actually, MS at one point was pushing for crossplay. It was Sony who didnt want crossplay at the time.
Why is this a surprise. The original game was released on the N64, which sold a life time of 33 million consoles. The Nintendo Switch is nearing the 80 million mark.

Im not saying your interpretation of the game is wrong. Its a different perspective.
But what i got from the story is that this game is about vengeance and when you seek vengeance instead of forgiving. You end up losing more than what you started.

I mean, people need to consider the context of things as well. PC will always have the advantage and ceiling over console in terms of power. However, for naughty dog to optimize TLOU2 for the PS4 is nothing less than outstanding.

Thats because Nintendo games very rarely go on sale. But of course, no one whine about that. But if Sony or Microsoft does the same, youll see pitch forks everywhere.

I feel bad, because i was able to buy 3. Two physical and one digital. Dont worry, i didnt buy it to scalp them for profits. I actually secured one for myself, for my brother and one for my sister. Unfortunately, my sister didnt want one so i sold the digital to my cousin. Who turned around and sold it for profits. That bastard!
Xbox is actually second place if you dont count Nintendo Switch, since it's a handheld and thought to belong to last gen.

But thats not square's fault or Sony's fault. At the beginning of the pandemic, we all knew that there will be a shortage of PS5 consoles. Sony themselves announced it. The company they buy the chips shut down for the pandemic therefore, limited consoles are made. Yes, i know its not fair for some players who wants the PS5, but at this point we just need to be patient until things get back to being at least semi normal.
