I wonder how much more money you will spend buying batteries for the life time of the Xbox one? Either spend money on AA batteries or spend money on Microsoft licenses rechargeable pack/kit. Either way you're spending unnecessary money.

I think because Kinect is a peripheral and bluray is a necessity to play games like MGS4 and games that contain a large amount of data. Why you think MGS4 never came to the Xbox360? because it was impossible due its dvd format. Thats the coming from the creator himself.
Do you honestly Sony is not upgrading their server. One Word for you "GAIKAI". In order for Sony to bring Gaikai to thier fans they will need to upgrade their server. The last I checked Gaikai was one of the biggest streaming service around. Do you think they dont have an established servers?

Honestly if Nintendo games goes multiplatform, Nintendo will make a killing just on software alone. If games like Pokemon and Super Mario brothers sells 200,000 units in its first week just on one console alone. Imagine if it goes on the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox one, PS Vita, and PSP. For Nintendo, making consoles would be just icing on the cake.

Honestly, if we as a consumers dont criticize a company they will never change their ways. If their policies were agreed upon by the majority of the consumers then most of us would not criticize them. This goes to Sony and nintendo as well.
