@foxtrot,
commenting and whining about something you claim you will never buy is irrelevant. We all know who the target audience are for this game is. Its not for people who already played. Its for people who are new to the Playstation family or new to this game. The price point is subjective depending on who you ask. For you and for me, yes, it might be expensive. But for a person who never played this game before and want to play it with the best upgrades and graphics, $70 is justi...

They did take action against the person who made the threat. When you have a threat by a community, you need to back off and assess the situation. Take the best course of actions to insure the safety everyone that maybe impacted.
In todays world people are unpredictable and capable of anything. Just look at the mass shootings, road rage. People are literally killing others for petty things like, “McDonald’s forgot to add cheese to their burger.”

Finally, I can get a 5th one to resell and make extra money to feed my 6 children and my pet llama.
I think it will be great for racing games, fighters, and maybe some rpg. But games like horizon, elden rings, you’re better off playing it on a tv instead of remote.
iOS does not support haptic.
I just ordered one, be here 4-7 days. Let y’all know if it’s worth it.
Thats what they said about 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022.
@Truthseekez
It depends on who you talk to. For people who never played this before, this is literally a brand new game to them. But people like you and me, yes, it is expensive for a remake. But again, this game is target for brand new players who are new to the franchise. For me, I will buy it when it is deeply on sale. But to each their own.
Simple solution. Wait about a month and the price should drop.
Square enix have a history of giving exclusivity to a console of it benefits their game and the vision they have for said game. Example is when square enix abandoned Nintendo and made the original FF7 exclusive to the PlayStation. This was because they wanted FF7 to be on a disc format which the ps1 was. It benefit the game and fit with their vision of what they want the game to be. I’m not surprised that they are doing it again. Which is not a bad thing.
The way i interpreted the ending of HFW is that it wasnt space travel that was the consequences of what happened. It was technology that ended up dooming Earth and forcing the survivors to seek out refuge in space. However, it seems like they didnt learn their lesson and because whatever they created became sentient and destroy their "new" world. Forcing them back to Earth. Thats what i got from the ending.
Hopefully Sony can provide more support to Bungie and help them take over maintaining the Destiny’s IP. While Bungie focus on different IPs. They have too much talent to just focusing on just a single IP.
Why is it a waste? Destiny 2 is still played by millions. Eventhough the game is multiplatform, Sony will still make money from it. In addition, now Bungie have a good reason to make destiny 2 content exclusively for the PlayStation. The acquisition by Sony, will hopefully allow Bungie to branch out to different IPs instead of just Destiny 2. It’s a win win for everyone and the players. Remember, Sony is lacking in the shooter department, With bungie’s help. They can probably make more shoot...
Inflation my friend. Look it up. Everything in the world have increased in price in the last 15 years since the first game was $60 except for video games. The cost of living, the cost of development, wage increase, business taxes, rent, etc all went up. I'm just glad that it went up by $10 only. If you calculate the trend of inflation, video games should have increased roughly over $100. But again, you can always buy it used, goes on sale, or wait 2-3 months later when the price drop.
If they released this game as a whole. I dont think it would be the same game as we've seen so far. Content will be cut, stories would have been removed/changed/altered. If the FF7 Remake part 1 took about 40-60hrs to complete. Imagine if they released this game as a single part. You're looking at a 120-180 hour game. I bet people would have complained.
But consumers usually complain just to complain. They have the mentality of "the customer is always right&qu...
Yes, because the 3 part game was estimated to have a budget of $200 million of dollars to make. Its not like its a remaster or HD version of the game. Its literally a brand new take on an existing game with new graphics, mechanics, etc... Developers and everyone who were involved in making this game need to know that the game that they put their heart and soul into did well. So yes, it is worth the price.
Same here. I just hope that the actual game is at least as good as what they've shown us. The only game that actually fulfilled that in my opinion was Horizon Forbidden West. The game they show vs retail was almost identical.
If you bought it 4 times, thats on you. "must-buy for those that have never experienced The Last of Us Part I." What part of that didnt you and everyone who criticize this remake/remaster dont understand?
