Does it really make a different? Let just say Titanfall 2 is exclusive to Xbox one. Do you think that it would sold better if it was released during the same time frame as COD and Battlefield? There are only 24 million xbox one sold to date, there are 43 million PS4 sold to date. Do you actually think that by making it exclusive to xbox one only, Titanfall would have sold better? Yes youre right but remember this, Sony is trying offer a cheap console to consumers (Probably learn this the hard way during the launch ps3). Its a gaming console and all that stuff you mentioned are additional functions that PS4 can do. But my point is still valid, its a gaming console. 4k is not a standard in the market yet, I highly doubt many will buy 4K discs in troves. By bringing the cost down, it can be more attractive to many more people.

I think the 4K is for gaming purpose. The PS4 Pro at the end of the day is a gaming console and that is its main purpose. I dont know but i think SOny knows something about the market and i feel they think that 4K is not mainstream enough to add in a optic drive that many will not able to use and in addition it will bring up the cost of the console.

Not all games or peripherals will please everyone. If you know you dont like VR or certain genre of games, you shouldnt be reviewing it at all. By reviewing something that you know youre not interested in or like, you will come off bias just like this author.
In your opinion, these are "shit" games. But a lot of people like Gone to Rapture. Remember, you have a choice not to renew. But again, you can go to xbox, and i can tell you that you will still be paying so that you can have multiplayer.
