In every country expect for Brazil maybe PS4 is outselling XB1. In EU in some countries it's a 2:1 ratio or more like in german when this year it's a 4:1 ratio.
The other countries PS4/Wii U are in count for very little in monthly sales because they are small markets.
Also it's not 100+ countries. It's 100 for PS4. Also where does it state that Wii U is in 100 countries yet alone 100+

Very true though result is still a bit surprising. Then again it's a bungie game, XB1 had some good deals with Destiny unlike Watchdogs and White PS4 bundle which is exclusive to game.
How well this deal worked out for Sony will be to see how long it stays in the top 40 because Watchdogs PS4 hasn't been lower than top 20 iirc since launch.
