True i was not expecting this to be that good considering how MS has been but it looks like competition from Steam, Sony and Nintendo has made them change and looks to be the best implementation of all policies. This is why we need competition. Well done to MS. So if am not mistaken the only fee it looks like devs will be paying is for their choice of SDK and buying a Xbox one ofc when dev kit functionality is available.

Now this (and Touch devices) is where the Metro UI works well. Fast and light interface with smooth transitions and Colourful but on PC it's no no IMO. The black theme looks awesome.

True but if dedicated servers is confirmed and the fact UTL is exclusive (not sure if timed) to Xbox one and 360 i think that will convert a few diehard Fifa fans.
