The interface on the device seems pretty slick and responsive.
However I've replaced my 1st gen iPod Touch with the Sony X Series (32GB) Walkman. Absolutely beautiful screen (honestly the OLED screen is gorgeous when playing video) and slick interface just like how the new Zune HD looks.
If you're not into iPods though this new Zune HD doesn't look to be a bad alternative. iPod's are overrated imo and I've been an iPod user for a long time but I think now my eyes ha...
Really good article and a very interesting read.
Well done to The Times.
As soon as someone actually makes a hardcore game that uses motion controls like Natal or Sony's motion controller, then we can talk.
lol epic
Well said that man. Damage is nice and all but it's not really a necessity.
Could have said the same about Square Enix as a company, a lot of their fans were on Playstation but they've brought exclusives onto the 360.
Another example is the 360 getting exclusive content for GTA4 despite Playstation being the platform that made GTA what it is.
Never doubt the power of Microsoft's deep pockets, if they stumped up enough cash Konami may well be more than tempted.
It's all speculation though and shouldn't be considered too much unle...
Fantastic screens, I love that Citroen GT car too, the design of it is gorgeous.
Has it not occurred to you people that think you're going to get one of these cases with every purchase that perhaps these are just for the shelf in stores and that you'll just end up with a card attached to a little bit of card like this...

Honestly, the naivety of some people on this site is amazing.
It's likely just gold subscribers, with silver it has close to 20 million I think but no point quoting that number of there are millions that don't game online.
Anyone that thinks Natal is going to give a great experience to hardcore gamers in a game like Gears or Call of Duty are deluding themselves.
Until they actually make a hardcore game with motion controls (that goes for MS, Nintendo and Sony) people that aren't already in love with Wii games have no real cause to get excited, I know I won't.
I think you saying you had a 360 before they were even on the market kinda just suggested your experience is false.
I'll have 2 of whatever you're taking please!
lol
The 360 does indeed have a lot going for it with some of the games it has, xbox live and other services that people will enjoy like netflix, twitter, facebook etc.
It just fails massively in terms of build quality and for me that is a huge deal and an extended warranty just doesn't cut it for me I'm afraid.
That $400 figure you just touted isn't a fact.
I got rid of my 360 because of RRoD a few months back.
I bought a Pro in February, loved playing Gears 2 (a game I REALLY miss playing so really hope it sees a PC release, though I think it's unlikely) and Ninja Blade (don't care what anyone says Ninja Blade was a fun game). But the thing broke down on me before I could even finish Ninja Blade. This from a console not even 6 months old.
Sent it off to MS, got a replacement and it went straight up on ebay.
I find it very funny the guy thinks price isn't that much of a factor when Aaron Greenberg has regularly used the price of the 360 as one of it's advantages in various interviews.
They maybe are taking a hit on the "fat" ps3 but there's no way the slim costs the same to produce and I also highly doubt the slim costs $400 to manufacture. Everyone blamed the Blu-Ray drive for driving up the cost of the PS3 at launch but look at how cheap a BR drive is nowadays. No way the slim costs $400 to produce.
This story is a bit suspect in it's accuracy
They also make profit from the PSP and they were already at one point using those profits to offset the losses made by the PS3.
Either way, I doubt Sony would be dropping the price of the console if it didn't fit into their financial strategy for the Playstation brand.
I wouldn't say PS3 "needs" L4D (there are plenty of other amazing games) but it sure as hell would be a welcome addition to the PS3's library of games, of that there can be no doubt and anyone that disagrees that it wouldn't be an awesome and welcome addition to PS3 is delusional.
As soon as I saw this at E3 I knew it'd be awesome.
Glad to see a report like this that the ceative tools are slick and easy.
Want to hear and see more!
