I don't know about you guys, but I play games, not systems sold/shipped.
You can't say that it is 10% more, because non-online gamers are not likely to finish the game any more or less so than online gamers.
I hope this is anything like Mechassault. PUMPED.
Hi, I played the demo and read the review, so I know how the final product will turn out and will then bitch about it, and whine.
DERP.
I will at least buy:
Dark Souls
Skyrim
Dungeon Siege 3
Dragon Age 2
Diablo 3
Mass Effect 3
Witcher 2
Did I just list them all?
I hope this isn't the 'major' announcement that was supposed to happen today.
I guess we will soon see how big it really is, but I am reserved at this point.
I can't believe that card runs so good. I am building a PC for my brother, and you can build a 600 dollar rig with that card.
1080P, here I come
"Comes with difficulty nerfing patch pre-installed!"
Seems about right.
It is just a rough estimate.
The 'realistic' part of realistic maps means that the graphics are good. The creator of the mod has specifically said the maps are not based on real-life schools or anything like that.
And just because you can use a certain type of gun does not mean you are simulating past events where someone else used the same gun.
I am downloading it, but it is stuck at 7%.
@fanatical_g
Yea, and I bet you cry yourself to sleep every night over Columbine and Haiti.
So what if he is not affected by things that had nothing to do with him. 100,000 civilians were killed in Iraq, something every USA citizen could help stop, but did they?
You don't reenact anything. The levels are not based on real life.
So I guess I am supposed to be disgusted by this, but not GTA, right?
Seriously, if you are not disgusted by GTA, but are disgusted by this, you are a hypocrite.
So instead of fixing spawn points (how about adding spawning onto teammates) they ban a person who was playing the game.
Although it probably was boosting because why would you let yourself get killed 250+ times like two of the opponents did.
Also, welcome to Demolition. What do they think people do in that mode?
I like how people hear a number (game will be 40 hours) and automatically think the worst. There is not reason to assume the game will be better or worse with the evidence available as of yet. Come on people, learn skepticism.
I got 50 hours out of ME2. How is that show. 40 hours without DLC too. Only 30, or 35 hours from ME1
I like how the 'gamers' on this site say this game is in "poor taste" or "wrong," when the same people have played at least one game where you kill a person.
How does a thinly veiled plot device make the game any more acceptable? Who has not gone on huge murder sprees of civilians in GTA?
Poor taste my ass. And Kratos surrounded by large breasted women, implying he screwed them all was in good taste? Chainsawing aliens in half in ...
I concur.
Also,
"A mark of maturity is the ability to accept the immature. A mark of intelligence is to tolerate, perhaps even enjoy, the stupid. I've always believed that, and I stand by it. I believe it takes a lot more intellectual strength to think, "This is dumb and offensive, but it's entertaining, so who cares?" Despite its dark premise, School Shooter might actually be a fun game, and I find it infantile to completely write it off just ...
@NukaCola,
No, you don't get the point.
The number they give is a percentage of people who connected to the internet to play the game and finish it.
So it is a good approximation that the same percentage applies to people who didn't connect to the Internet, so the overall percentage doesn't change.
How would they know if you started the game unless you were connected to the internet?
