It's funny that people are disagreeing on what I want to do with MY money and MY hardware. Regardless...
@Sono421:
You don't have to suck it up AT ALL, in the same way that Sony doesn't have to do what you want to.
People didn't have to buy the cameras\move controller before preordering the PSVR, that was their choosing and they jumped the gun (like i did), plus they can always return them (which is what i'm doing for the Move). Le...
That because it's not a McDonald's reference. That's like saying that if there was a character named Lara, it would automatically be a Tomb Raider reference. Maybe there was a former employee named MacDonald and they are referencing him, or they needed a name for this place and picked it out of a hat.
Poor excuse for an article and a reference.
I'll suck it up and sell my current camera or give it to a friend. I'm getting PSVR day one. Unless there is a core VR sku down the line before launch, then i'll cancel this preorder.
They'll pay $600 for another iphone, 1,000 for a TV, but 400 for hassle free VR and all of a sudden sh*ts expensive.
You get an agree for your comment but also for your profile pic. :D
But gaming seems to be the only industry where people can complain about this. If i started complaining to Porsche about the price of their cars on their forums\twitter feeds because i can't afford it, i'd be laughed out the door.
People want to game on a budget? Wait a while... you can buy pretty much all of the best games of last year for under $40-$30. Fallout 4, Witcher, Bloodborne, Batman, I've seen them all for under $30 at some point after launch.
People should get a better source of income and stop\(or not have) having kids if they are complaining about the price of VR.
But if you have a low paying job and\or children, the price of VR should be at the bottom of your list of priorities.
This....could work...
There might be better picks but im not gonna rule out that this might work out well.
Can't wait for REZ!
Neither is it for the people that bought the camera already. The reveal was for 1 of the im assuming many bundle\versions being sold. 400 is the base price of what you get for the headset itself. if you don't have the camera it might cost you $450..that's your bundle.
Are people that already own cameras forced to buy another camera with a bundle. You need a version that's headset only for those people.
Penises...money's on penises..
"When we get broken games with very little content, what would you like us to do??"
Easy..don't buy it. But people NEED the game and need to follow the heard so they buy the big AAA game cuz someone else convinced them to and now they are mad because someone else told them to be..
What does it matter if a game needs to be patched, there is an incredibly easy avenue for patches to be distributed..directly to your console\PC without you having to ...
I'm thinking $500 max bundle..say with camera, Move and a game or 2.
When people start confusing "Substance" for "Content", these arguments always come up about how much is a game worth.
The amount of time spent playing a game is not the issue. If that were the case people could just play The Order 2-3 times and there wouldn't be a "problem".
Which brings up another point. How much is enough? 20 hours, 40..50..100 for 60$. If a 20 hour game is worth 60$, should 50-100 hour games cost more sinc...
Xbox BRAND isn't going anywhere...the hardware on the other hand....
These "writers" have no integrity. Clickbaits all around..
BAM! ^^^ This guy knows
People that constantly complain that they won't pay the asking price for a "short" game, should be forced to pay more than $60 for a longer game.
A game's length alone does not dictate how much it should cost.
You obviously did not play The Order because you cannot finish that game in 6 hours let alone 3.
Me too! Did we just become best friends! ;P
