Money should have no bearing in a review. Ever!
Every one knows what games cost and it is up to the person buy it to decide not to have reviews decide for us.
If that's the case then reviewers will have to review a game:
1. multiple times in one article to reflect a specific cost, i.e. give a score if it's $60 then at $50 then at $40 and so on.
2. Put out a differnt review for the same game when ever it drops in price...

Not to say there isn't tons overlap, but no matter who you are you tend to lean one way or another even if by one percent.
I played a ton of COD4 and Battlefield 4 recently but i'm currently playing Persona 1 on my vita and running back through the entire series before 5 comes out.

@Eyeco Here is the problem with what you are saying. NO ONE is saying all games should be like The Order. People like it for what it is and it is a great game, but you are saying every game (at least of it's genre) SHOULD be like Vanquish. I loved Vanquish and i loved The Order. 2 completely different games despite the camera placement. It's ok to like different types of games.
I think what we have now in the industry is 2 very different groups claiming to be the same thing "Hard Core Gamers"
The first group are actual gamers. They've been playing since the NES, Super NES and Genesis days (or before) and have seen how gaming has evolved and changed over the years. I think the negativity came from a place where The Order wasn't what people thought it was going to be. Everyone thought it was going to be a Naughty Dog game but in Victorian London. The Order in NO way is a bad game. It is a game that some people dont like but does not make it a bad game. Example, I don't like Madden or NBA 2K games. Are they bad then? I don't like GTA game and i'm not the only one. Are they bad games then. So you dont like a game and it's bad but i don't and it's not? Doesn't make much sense does it? It's ok to not like a game but calling it a disgrace is blowing it way out of proportion, not to mention flat out untrue.
You know what? If you are not a fan of these types of game, then sure, your score sounds fair. I agree with Andrea with the 8 out of 10, A rock solid 8. I loved it. I also got the Galahad under fire statue with it so it makes the purchase even more worth it.

I just finished the order and i loved it. Can't wait for The Order 2. If money is an issue for you then by all means pick it up on a sale, but play it. It's worth it.

I loved The Order too, but my problem wasn't the low review scores. They didn't like it, fine. My problem was the literal hate it got. Like people got this sort of satisfaction from ripping on it. I've seen a review where a guy said "better luck next time guys" sarcastically after ripping on it. What kinda of "professional" reviewer does that?
