Selfies have never "always existed" and are not as old as time. They were FAR less frequent even 10-15 years ago and they only came about with the popularity of digital cameras and the ability to see the picture you took right after taking it. Order was quality throughout and i would rather spend 10 hours on the Order than 20 hours on a game where 10 of those are running\driving to the next objective just for the sake of padding out the running time.

I know how to play and am pretty decent at it. I would just panic and his second form would just be too fast for me. I would get nervous once his second form appeared and would try to run away at times then just get annihilated. Just wasn't used to the speed.
Everything else has been pretty easy to med difficulty.
Cleric Beast i beat on the first try, for example.
Also, this is my first time really playing a "Souls" game.
After about 40+ attempts , I was able to FINALLY beat Father Gascoigne when one of his attack animations in his beast form ramped him slightly up a tree instead of rushing towards me. This gave me the 2 seconds to compose myself, regain stamina and rub my kirkhammer all over his face until the last 6th of his life was gone. I'm not exactly crying over spilled milk. That's a victory in my book.
Gotta try that when i get there. Just to make up for the souls i lost. Nothing more. Won't take advantage. ;P

But that's ok tho. Same happened to me with Dark Souls 1. I picked it up day one and was all like "I can do it", NOPE! and traded it in the very next day.
It's not for every one but I say look up strategies online and work at it. I just beat the Cleric beast last night and i got the biggest rush after i beat him (on the first try by the way *pats self on back* lol). Take your time, be patient and learn what moves are good for what enemies. DODGE ROLL for god...
