That's why i said if i had a gun to my head and had to pick only one. Of course id like it to run well and look good at the same time. I have the collectors edition on PS4 and got the PC version too on GOG. So i get the best of both.
I can't wait for the full blown "Why can't Bloodborne be X or Y or its not worth $60" demanding the game be tailored to what they want after never giving a crap about From Software games. I never really played through any From Soft game (just the first few hours of each souls game), but i know what Bloodborne is about and i want to play it for what they make it out to be, not some idiot on their twitter demanding it have more guns and Team Death Match.
The Witcher is the type of game i would rather run well than "look good". Meaning (before i get berated) is that if i had a gun to my head id have to pick performance over graphical fidelity because of the combat and the way the world is set up in W3. Combat needs to be and feel fluid, switching from combo strings to magic attacks also moving along the world from one area to another with all they have packed into it, being open world and all. My point is people pick and chose when reviews actually matter based on their bias towards a game. If you want that game to be successful and it gets bad reviews then it's "reviews are stupid and they don't matter" if its a game you don't like or don't want to succeed then the bad reviews are justified "see i knew it was going to be bad, look at all these reviews". Doesn't make much sense to me. Either reviews are relevant or they are not. That does not...

Im actually talking about the resolution debate. The paint job represents the resolution. A crack in a PS4 is not a good comparison to what i was trying to say because a bad paint job is not damage, a crack in the PS4 casing is.
