You know the Wii U's doing bad. They had a full year head start over the competition and it aint even close. It seems like the only time they can move any consoles is during the Holidays. It's time for them to rethink the way they do business.
Well I don't see much of a difference but I know there are some gamers that care more about pixel count and resolution than the actual game itself so I suppose this upgrade is for you. Personally I still have the old version and love it.
I can't believe people are still going on about this crap. PS3 games are old as hell now. If you still wanna play PS3 games then boot up your old PS3, the same goes for 360.
Mobile games have a great advantage in that their not only convenient to carry around but also addictive as well. Also mobile doesn't have the problem of backwards compatibility because you can crack you phone and have to buy a new one and instantly recover all your mobile games. That's a very true statement. They got so used to casuals on the Wii that they lost touch with their core audience.

I agree with uptownsoul, it's better to have games spread out instead of all at the same time around the holidays to push console sales. People are saying PS4 don't have any games coming out but i disagree: God of War III Remastered, Until Dawn, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, Tearaway Unfolded, Final Fantasy XV, Kingdom Hearts III, No Mans Sky, etc. and those are just to name a few. honestly Sony didn't have any more to release anymore games this year because the lineup is ...
I'm just being honest. Almost every single change Microsoft has made to their console has been in response to PS4. But it doesn't really matter the reason as long as the fans are getting what they want.
Xbox fans should be thanking Sony. Microsoft never had any intention on making the console backwards compatible. this is just there answer to Sony's PS Now service which is actually meant to be more of a slap in the face to Sony.
I actually think this was when Resident Evil started to fall off. Not because it was a bad game but they made it exclusively for Nintendo. That deprived millions of Playstation and Xbox fans of one of the best games in the franchise. By the time they brought RE back to PS and Xbox they started taking the franchise in a completely different direction. It no longer had the same appeal.
Honestly people have waited this long so what's a couple more years. Man people have been waiting for over 17 years now so they better take there time and do it right. Just the confirmation that it's in the works is enough for most people.
This game definitely looks like it's made in the mold of ICO and Shadow of Colossus. I would even go as far as to call it a spiritual successor. People only got a small taste of game play at E3 and anyone who has played Sony Japan's previous games know that you cannot judge their games solely by appearance and 1st impression. There games are immersive and the only way to really appreciate them is to play. They're not meant to be graphical show pieces but rather works of art.
Nintendo has seemed lost and confused for a while now, I don't know maybe it's time for them to become a third party publisher. They seem to be having some real internal problems with leadership similar to how Xbox one was having before Spencer took over but Nintendo tries to keep it covered up and are dragging it out. I really hope they succeed Nintendo is one of the oldest video game company's and it would be a shame to see them go the way of Atari.
I'm wondering how long is the exclusive deal of Tomb Raider with Microsoft for anyway? That game looked amazing and I really enjoyed the 1st one.
The controller looks amazing and I would love it for my PC but admittedly it's out of my price range.
I thought Microsoft had a really good show. Halo 5, Tomb Raider and Gears 4 looked like a lot of fun and the Backwards compatibility announcement was great for former 360 owners. Honestly the way Xbox One is now is how they should have been at launch and they would be in much better shape. Phil Spencer has done an excellent job bringing credibility back after Don Mattrick nearly single handily destroyed it out the gate. Sony had the best conference of all to me though. I wish they would make a MMO Virtual reality game like SOA. From the looks of things we aren't that far away.
You guys all got it wrong. UC$ and TombRaider are both gonna be great games. The only real difference is that one is coming out on PS4 and the other Xbox One. From what I've ssen they both look great and a lot of fun. UC3 and the 1st TombRaider were both amazing games, no reason the sequels will be any less.
