What games did you play with gear vr? We're they million dollar dev titles? Did you feel immersed? Idk, with VR I think one has to consider the install base of ps4, plus having friends work with you in games and online add to it. For instance think about ace combat 7 vr, with a few friends in party chat, that game will be intense, or at least should be. Think of using VR in titles already released just for being able to control the camera. A lot of what psvr has to offer is something gear...

They also threw a going away party for kojima, to which he wasn't invited and their are pictures of konami staff eating cake and doing it up with kojima nowhere to be seen lol. I've never played the series, but I'm a gamer and know that it is an amazing series that wouldn't be anywhere near it's greatness or have as many iterations without the man himself.
How else am I going to play a game I've never played on my ps4 from ps2 era, with upgraded resolution and trophy support? I feel bad that people like you exist just to whine that things that cost sony money aren't free to you.

@sardines, I bought it on 360, I moved to ps4 this gen. I can't buy it on ps3 or ps4 now. Nor can I P.T. they are gone forever, which is further saddening as I've made many new friends since the game was taken down and now I can't play with my new friends on 360. I can't even buy it for them. That's why it sucks :( was a damn fun fighting game.
So was mvc2. Can't buy that digitally now can we?
@halo you spent maybe $0.27 per hour into a $60 game. By that logic the game delivered on its promise to keep you busy more than any regular $60 game. I don't know, but if I pay $60 for a game and play it 228 some hours, I will Herald it as a great game.
Yup which is why my wallet will be ready. In reality the games can suck and I could care less. It's fun being on the front lines of consumer pioneered tech.

FF7 was always a 3.5/5 game for me. I never understood it's praises.
I'm for anything that adds immersion to my gaming experience. Even if psvr wasn't true vr and all it did was allow you to control the camera in current gen games with your head, I'd buy it. Games I'd never touch otherwise suddenly are exciting and accessible to me. Racing games and flying simulators or even ace combat will be amazing. I think average here implies that tomb exploring doesn't have mass appeal on xbox. I never thought it did. Though I agree tomb raider is an amazing fun game, it's just not my cup of tea. Simple reason is I don't like gaming as a woman. It's hard to immerse myself with that respect. I'm sure it will do gangbusters on ps4 though, however I say that cautiously as I don't know many gamers willing to spend $60 on a 1 year old game.
When just dance charts and tomb raider doesnt, we have a problem. Looking at that alone should tell you something about its sales.
