Want Power ? Get a PC (and don't tell me it's expansive , steam machines are $500 with specs that can mob the floor with both consoles)
Want unique games? you gotta choose your console based on the games or just buy all if them if you can . I don't play my PS3 because of it's graphics i play because i want to enjoy The Last Of Us or Tales of Xilia ......etc

This is an amazing value , considering that through the use of emulators the PC can play almost every game on existence .
I have to agree , i game on my 3ds much more than my consoles nowadays.
Even though it's port , to my eyes, there's a tremendous difference between the two.
1-Much better polygon count
2-Detailed characters self shadows
3-Armor maping and reflections
4-Better light calculation
5-Highter resolution textures
6-Much better anti aliasing and hair filtering

As far as i know , you need to do both in order to run the game.
Hey we got Otogi , Phantom Dust , Lost Odyssey , Blue Dragon and Tales of Vesperia because of that , so i won't complain.
