but those screen shots are disappointing to me. I know the city is probably immense in size but those character models look last gen to me. I saw the Gamestop commercial a couple times now and they looked just like these screen shots. Oh well I guess you can only do so much with environments that big.

As far as moving consoles it will be much bigger for Sony.
MS will score with a growth in XBL accounts, DLC income and great sales number of the game itself.
Both will sell and insane amount of copies.

you judge it. When you get further into the game you unlock penalties and tuning options. Also professional races both on and offline. It's a lot different when you have to pay a price for bumping into objects and cars. If you don't race clean you won't win.
The game takes on a whole new life once you get to that level.

The game is garbage. It doesn't sell. Nobody plays it anyway. Gears 2 will be a 100x better. UT was never a good game to begin with. Now there will be mods in a very limited, undetermined capacity with no mouse and keyboard support and possible fees to boot.

We should be happy? I will be happy when devs do their jobs and stop taking sides and nickel and diming us to death this gen. I applaud Epic for allowing user created mods but this is a direct slap in the face that un does what a great feature that is.

The unrivalled 08 line up had me laughing so hard I almost fell of my chair.
big games are senseless to preorder. Publishers make more than enough and retailers take a chance and over stock. Smaller less hyped games are the ones to preorder. I can't tell you how many times I went to pick up a small market game on release day only to be turned away because the retailer only got in a few because they thought the demand wouldn't be there.
For the last couple weeks we have been seeing reports / reviews / previews that the PS3 version was better and nearly every report was dismissed as not credible by 360 fans. Guess what?
