all the way through on both systems. I know what's going on in the backgrounds and the scope of the game. It suffers from frame rate issues on both consoles and many other graphical issues like texture loading, pop up, draw in, etc...
GTA IV does not deserve a 10 for graphics. I would feel different if R* locked the frame rate in at 30fps. I don't see why they didn't. I am comparing apples to apples with SR and GTA IV.

GTA IV get a 10 for graphics? Did it look that much better to you than Saints Row? It didn't to me. When did Saints Row come out again? Nearly "2 YEARS AGO" and SR didn't half 1/10th the hype GTA IV did so you would think GTA IV would've been that much more under the micro scope. There is no denying GTA IV is a better overall game but I am merely pointing out your logic is flawed (IMO).

I will definitely pick this title up as long as it has online. I love games that are mindless fun and that is what R2R was.
I was bummed when Ready 2 Rumble disappeared. I use to have a blast playing that game with friends. This game looks like it going to be very similar to R2R. I hope it has an online mode.

Actually I am more pumped about XMB and not really all that interested in Home. I am sure it will be fun to fool around with but XMB is what is needed most from Sony regarding their online experience.

You don't think that reviewers compare games against others in the same genre? They compare games in different genres on different platforms (consoles). It really seems like MS has their PR department on over drive for the past few months. From shortages, sales figures, motion controllers, to their "supposed" incredible 08 line up, to world domination (a bit of a stretch by me I know). They just seem desperate.
When they didn't mention their line up for 08 and only focused on 07 at the last E3 everyone was saying they know what they are doing and they will...

It's slow right now and I wouldn't mind having something to play while waiting on MGS4. I played the demo and it didn't wow me but it didn't bore me either. It's a very solid shooter with decent graphics.
Hopefully it will have some cool online modes and a decent story for single player.

This game really has my interst peaked but I never played a MGS game before and I am wondering if that will affect my enjoyment of the game in any way if I jump in with MGS4. Is the story usually just focused on the game at hand or does it flashback to past versions/ stories?
