Cool, I bought a used white Vita at Gamestop when they had them on sale for $129.99. I would've bought the silver one if they had released it in NA, but I'm happy with the one I have.
Thanks, I'm looking forward to Drakengard, and I guess I'll go into Drakengard 2 with low expectations for the story.
I have so many games that I need to finish that I doubt if I'll be buying a PS4 anytime soon. Not to mention the fact that there will be plenty of new releases for the PS3 in the future that I'm looking forward to. I guess I should get busy before my backlog gets even bigger.
Well, I recently bought Drakengard for the PS2 at a local mom and pop shop just to see what the series was about. I also have Nier, which I've heard is set in the same universe, so hopefully I can play the first and second games in time for the Western release of this game.
I bought a Vita for myself for Christmas and I think it's great. I already have some games to play thanks to my PSP digital library, and the Vita games I picked up are good too; P4: Golden, Shinbido 2, and Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward.
My only complaint is that I can't have my Japanese PSN account and my NA account on the same memory card. If I could, I'd be playing Phantasy Star Online 2 on it too.
"Making it multiplat lets more people enjoy the game" is the worst argument for multiplats I have ever heard, yet it continually gets parroted by almost everyone.
Why weren't Xenoblade or The Last Story multiplats? Why didn't SE make a Wii version of FFXIII or are planning a Wii U version of XV? You can't blame hardware limitations, because that clearly didn't stop them from making XIII for the 360.
If a company makes a game an exclu...
Thanks for the opportunity and good luck to everyone! Happy holidays!
I'm glad to hear that they're working to get more JRPGs on the Vita. It makes me glad I picked one up and I look forward to having more games to play on it in the future.
I hope this is true, I played the first one on the 3DS first, so it'd be weird to go back to the DS to play the sequel.
This Zelda rap is a lot better than the original, and the best part is that your parents don't have to help you hook it up!
I wonder what someone who hacked into my account would buy with the $1.16 in credit I have left on my PSN account...
I wouldn't mind seeing SE make new games in different genres as long as the FF series regains its form and actually starts playing like a true FF game. The problem wasn't the possibility of SE making a FPS game, it was the act of trying to make FF like a FPS game.
It's free to play.
The biggest change I'd like to see in Madden NFL 15 is the return of NFL 2K as a competitor.
Last night I saw a big Wii U kiosk at the mall with a lot of people crowding around it. It was right next to Gamestop too, which made it convenient for anyone who liked what they saw to stop in and get one. I don't plan on buying any of the new consoles anytime soon, but I thought it was pretty cool to see Nintendo marketing their console aggressively for a change.
I've never had a problem with my DS3 controllers, although I have noticed that the left sticks get some kind of strange slimy texture if I don't use them for awhile.
I take really good care of my stuff though and I even opened up and cleaned out an old DS2 that I recently bought from a used game store that now works great. Not everyone takes good care of their things, and even if this guy's controller issue is legit there are usually easy fixes for these kinds of...
The level of apathy in some people is really disturbing. It's sad that companies try to include fun, new features like swapnote and streaming only to have inconsiderate people and outright perverts ruin it for everyone else. I'm glad I grew up in a time when I was allowed to be a kid and didn't have to worry about immature adults ruining my fun.
I wish they'd release more Japanese PS1 games. Maybe some more shoot 'em ups that didn't get released here or other games that have never been seen in the West.
Can you still use the Konami code?
I like the concept of Playstation Now, but why can't they use the same feature that enabled players who bought the PS3 version of Battlefield 4 to get the PS4 version for a discount as a way of allowing players who already own the PS3 titles available on Playstation Now to play them on their PS4s?
