It'll end up on XBOX and PC in due time. Perhaps by the time the second installment comes out.

umm... SSDs aren't a thing to be coded to. It's just read and write speeds. If you put an SSD into your PS4 right now, you will have immediately faster load times. No "special coding" required.

I quite enjoy the game, too. And to the naysayers, I've never had problems grouping with folks, so I'd say it's thriving rather well. At least on PC. I can't speak for console versions.
This author is clearly biased. Sony isn't doing a "cash grab," they're simply proceeding with an effective business model, and counting on their strengths. Sure they've had some missteps, but then, who hasn't?

Don't worry. This information is misleading. It will get driver support for years. Don't worry, driver support won't end for years and years. Vega 64 will be a good for for a long time. It's just that the last vega is the last iteration of that specific architecture. And they will not be moving forward with vega from now on. Navi is replacing Polaris as the mid-end chips, and Arcturus will be replacing Vega as the high end chip in 2020 or 2021.

That's not true. It IS still being supported through drivers. It just won't be undergoing massive driver updates to further optimise it, since it's already optimised as well as it can be, since it's a mature architecture.

Star Citizen is actually a fully playable game available now for backers. It's just not available to the public yet for whatever reason.
Commutes are also hard and expensive. Out of control rents are the real problem. It's just silly when people can't afford to live near their job.
I should point out that 16 isn't illegal in some states, nor is it illegal in Britain nor Australia. that said.... the guy was 27. That's..... yeah. Not cool. That age difference is just too much at that point in each of their lives.
I think at this point, we need to abandon all of our ideas about what generations are in terms of video games.

While I'm sure it won't be, I hope that the upcoming Switch Pro or Switch 2 has a bit more beef under the hood. If not at least as powerful as PS4 vanilla, it's going to have trouble catering to all markets when PS5 rolls around. Of course, I'm sure it'll still be a great little device. But, mobile chips like the PS4's are totally possible in smaller form factors these days. We shall have to wait and see, of course. But I'm not holding my breath.

While I disagree with that kind of approach, I agree with your comment, and it is indeed in their best interest. Holding it back on purpose can be used to gain sudden attention/sales when they determine it.

They're both excellent. But Spider-Man just feels more fluid than Batman. I've loved all of the Arkham games, and took no issue with them, and starting Spider-Man had a bit of a learning curve. However, in time I find the diversity of take down situations in Spider-man more flexible and fast paced compared to Batman. So hats off to the good folks over at Insomniac games.
