Activision has mucho dinero and can hire lots of lawyers to "OJ" themselves out of trouble. I just hope that these developers are innocent (easy to believe the little guys when the big one is Bobby lol)
I upgraded from xp. I skipped vista because I didnt want to pay more just to run the dang thing and ram is much more affordable now than it was when vista launched. It is a solid, smooth, and fast OS that I had no troubles with except some iffy support for older games...but that is to be expected and the compatability option is very neat. What is your beef?

This DRM does not bother me at all honestly. I can do whatever I want (reinstall/uninstall an infinite amount of times, etc) all I have to do is be at home (where I always play my pc anyways) and keep my wireless router plugged in (which it always is) so....what's the problem again? How many people don't have access to internet nowadays? How poor/young are you, seriously? Stop whining for the sake of whining.

This patent has nothing to do with this exploit (not a hack btw...never got control of the cpu and gpu to work on whatever code he wanted...just saying) but more a way to sell their very, VERY effective anti-console piracy safe guard and make money off of it. Think about it, you are going to make a game for a console and your choices are to either let the pirates eventually download, burn, and image your game on a hacked system (all systems 360 and down) and lose potentially millions of dolla...
I am a HUGE fan of the PS3 and love it to death but if it were so awesome at streaming from blu-ray we wouldn't need all these installs. The fact is that the read time from the blu ray is slower than DVD9...at least the first blu ray lasers were, not sure about the slim's...
I still play super mario 3..would you say that is dated and old? Would you deny the fun of a re-released, smoother game?

GTA 3, vice and SA were amazingly fun. A great balance of arcade with real world cartoonish-physics (I mean flying off of your bike and only losing 2% hp while going the fastest you can...awesome lol). I loved those games and still go back and play them...it just hurts my eyes to see the main guy with a one pixel hand and six pixel cars with shaky gameplay and load times. Fix that and I would buy immediately!

Lemme get this straight, for this game to complete, he want it to look better, play better, perform better, better creativity, less linear story, have a better story, four play co-op and a better mp at boot....ummm,EVERY game needs that to contend with U2. That is why U2 is so amazing, it is doesn't need to be better at EVERYTHING lol Sounds like he want a different game entirely lol

because that is the thing that will be abused if a console is hacked. I completely agree that hacking a system has so many other cool features, like can you imagine getting milkdrop with your favorite music on your ps3...awesomeness. But I will put it this way.. Guns are a great invention for hunting animals and personal protection, but they are more often than not used for violence. Something that should be great has been used for wrong for so long.
why would you want to hack your PS3? Even if it was a usb plug-in hack, I would never do it because Sony gives me everything I want for free. I can get emulators on every other system out there, my psp, my two computers, my xbox 1...etc etc. Plus, starting with this generation, I will never pirate a game again because; (a) it takes developers serious money to make the games of today for my PS3 and (b) I want said developers to get my money if it is an awesome game, hints I want them to cont...

I got the 40gb PS3 when it launched and I filled it up very quick...why? Because I use it as a media hub, like it was intended. All of my music, all of my photos, like 25 dvds burned onto the HDD, plus all of my PSN games (which all together total around 4 gigs by themselves), demos, game videos etc. So I bought a 350gb laptop HDD w/shipping for 110 two years ago and I still have over half left....you tell me if your xbox can do anything close to that kind of media hub.

OJ did goto jail, but for a completely separate crime, even though the stigma of the first carried him there much easier. But there is a difference between what a multi-billion dollar corporation can hire for lawyers, experts, media influence, etc than two dudes that might have some money saved up from their awesome CoD franchise.
