Here we are complaining about microtransactions non-stop, while all the normies and casuals buy Call of Duty, Madden, FIFA, and NBA2K every year, giving these companies no reason to stop.

Those were fun times. The 360 may had been ahead, but the PS3 was right on its tail. The 7th generation was one hell of a competition. Now this generation, the PS4 has been stomping both its competitors.
It IS his money. He can do what he wants. So if he wants to fuck himself over because he can't afford to pay the rent, buy food, or maintain whatever family he may have, all because of a mobile game, that's on him ;p I'm not stopping him, and neither should you.
I agree that Overwatch isn't one of the best games of all time, but to its defense, it isn't infested with microtransactions like you say it is, unlike EA and Ubisoft games (Ghost Recon: Breakpoint being the most recent example). OW's only microtransactions are its lootboxes, and they're strictly cosmetic. It's not like they're selling you directly purchasable items. It may have impact on progression, but it has zero impact on gameplay.
Just because a community and players are a certain way, doesn't mean the video game is too. It's like saying Overwatch and League of Legends are toxic video games just because their communities are toxic (This coming from someone who only played Fortnite like 2 or 3 times).
I'm hoping that Sony releases 2 separate versions of the PS5 like how they did with the PS3. One version that only plays PS5 games, and comes at a cheaper price, and one that is backwards compatible at a reasonably higher price.
Fuck no. One decent game out of many shitty ones isn't going to make EA "not suck".
Despite its issues, I put a lot of hours on Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale, and I would love it if it made a comeback. Many are saying they should make a sequel into something else (Like a traditional fighting game, seeing as rumors say the sequel might be developed by Capcom), but me? I hope they bring it back like the original, but with the inclusion of healthbars.

You seemed to have missed the entire point of the film. It wasn't dark just for the sake of it, it was dark because it tackled a very serious topic about how a society that doesn't care can negatively affect someone with severe mental issues, which drives said-someone into insanity. The execution was done so beautifully.
I'm honestly not excited for this game at all. It didn't leave me with the same level of excitement and interest like Spider-Man on PS4 did.

As far as I'm concerned, Microsoft only distributed Sunset Overdrive, but the IP still belongs to Insomniac Games.
But it's still possible for the game to come to PS4, if that's the case. The first Mass Effect game was distributed by Microsoft and EA for the Xbox 360 in 2007, and it was eventually released for the PS3 in 2012.
They should bring the first Sunset Overdrive to the PS4 first, to see if the audience gains enough interest to warrant a sequel.

Considering the fact that DPS has the most ammount of characters, and is the most played class in the game, it makes sense as to why it has the longest ammount of wait time. And if you're that upset that you have to sit and wait to play DPS, you can always jump into arcade where queue times are faster.
To me, role queue is what made me want to continue playing Overwatch because I got tired of people picking whatever they wanted, and not what the team needed. It was frustrating when someone swapped from Reinhardt to Genji despite the fact that the enemy team had a Winston and a Symmetra (Characters that counter Genji), or having to play with a team of 5 DPS and and me as a healer.
