Perfection is a matter of preference, taste, and point of view. I don't play Fortnite, but if someone out there believes that it's the perfect game for them, that's their preference, not yours.

An Eddie Brock appearance before he turned into Venom would be a nice surprise.

If only the movie was as successful. Or as good.

I'm very happy to hear this, though (: It comes to show that Insomniac truly does belong with the PlayStation brand.

Plus, Fortnite actually functions. It's optimized, it runs with no problems, it's not infested with hackers and cheaters, and Epic Games updates it often.
PUBG is the complete opposite of this, and are now going for shady business practices like their own take on the battle pass, which costs more than Fortnite's, and offers less.

I love that image. Seeing all their heavy hitters placed together like that gives me confidence in the PlayStation brand.

@TheSplooge
So I guess every remastered game ever is "paid backwards compatability"? Like all of Nintendo's Switch re-releases, Microsoft's Halo: The Master Chief Collection, third party games like Batman: Back To Arkham, Sleeping Dogs, Darksiders, even some from Sony like The Last of Us Remastered and God of War III Remastered? They're all "paid backwards compatability"?

Your logic is flawed.

The last time I walked into a Game Stop was a week ago. While they're not strictly dedicated to video games, video games are still the biggest focus in their stores. It's not like the products they sell is 25% games, 25% Pop Figurines, etc. It's just a shame that one of the only few video game stores out there was ruined by shady business practices.

The difference between Kojima and Bleszinski is that Kojima is a highly respected name in the video game industry, and puts a lot of effort into his game. Bleszinski may have made the Gears of War trilogy, but he lost value and respect after his disrespect for other platforms and his huge ego put a bad name on his reputation (One of the main reasons why Lawbreakers suffered and Boss Key Productions was shut down).

It's entirely possible for Sea of Thieves to turn things around like how Street Fighter V, No Man's Sky, and Rainbow Six: Siege did. But will the game actually do so? Only time will tell.

Sony had the best games, but the weakest conference.

As someone who prefers PlayStation over Xbox, in my honest opinion, Microsoft's E3 was better. If you wanna argue that Microsoft's was worse because the showed the same new games, or that Sony's was better because they have GOTY contenders, that's where I disagree.
Yes Microsoft showed games we saw coming (Gears 5, Forza Horizon 4), but at least they showed NEW 1st party games, and new features coming soon. Sony showed NOTHING new in terms of 1st party. They showed ga...

If Guerrilla Games could successfully jump from Killzone's first person to Horizon's third person, then I have faith that CD Projekt RED's jump will also be a success.

With the accuositions of these 4 studios, and opening up a new one, Microsoft might have a chance of offering single player content, if they put these studios to good use.

I'm sorry, but as a huge fan of PlayStation, I have to say that this showing was a gigantic letdown. Yes we got gameplay footage of The Last of Us: Part II, Death Stranding, Ghost of Tsushima, and more Spider-Man, but that was it. Games that we already knew about, and nothing really new with the exception of Nioh 2 (If it stays exclusive to PlayStation), and third party stuff like the Resdent Evil 2 remake and Remedy's new game.

At least Microsoft's conference h...

Ninja Theory seemed much closer to PlayStation than to Xbox, but they're still a great studio nonetheless, so I maybe having a studio like Ninja Theory will give Microsoft a boost.

Maybe. We can't say for sure.

While nothing unexpected was announced, I'm surprised that Microsoft were the ones to reveal multiplatform titles such as Devil May Cry 5, Just Cause 4, and show more of Cyberpunk 2077. And now that they have Playground Games, Ninja Theory, Undead Labs, and Compulsion Games, they might finally get the boost they desperately need.

Still, we knew Forza Horizon 4 and Gears of War 5 would be happening. Not much of a surprise, but will say I'm interested in where else th...

They're probably asking if it'll be at Microsoft's E3 conference since Motral Kombat X's gameplay was revealed at Sony's 2014 E3 conference. But I doubt it'll be revealed at Microsoft's conference.

Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel was primarily developed by 2K Australia with Gearbox giving a helping hand. Bulletstorm was developed by Epic Games and People Can Fly.

You're telling me, that, in comparison, Sony has already released God of War, the most critically acclaimed game of this year so far, Detroit, which has been getting solid reviews and praise, the Shadow of the Colossus remake, which also received critical acclaim and got better scores than its original PS2 release, and they have Spider-Man on its way, which has been gaining a lot of hype and attention, but Nintendo has somehow won 2018 with 2 games that have yet to be released? It's t...
