Oh look, 5 games that are noteworthy out of a pile of crap, 2 of which I already own and 3 of which I have no interest in. Yup, that TOTALLY justifies 50 dollars a year, for those bottom of the bin games that everyone and their momma has already played and or owns. How about I keep my 50 bucks, retain my ability to play online for free, and choose which games I want to buy when I want to buy them instead of sony picking a bunch of them and hoping one interests me? OH wait they used the moment...
Free multiplayer>paid multiplayer any day of the week. Thats why steam always beats PS+ and XBL. Play multiplayer for free for any game, and not just F2P ones
They should at least provide beta access to anyone who preordered, and then use this sign up thing for anyone who hasn't preordered
That was comic universe glenn though, not TV universe glenn
Works fine on PC.
The weapon design for pilot weapons looks lame. It just looks like a modern rifle with a bunch of ridiculous attachments on it
and this game seriously needs higher FOV. That weapon takes up at least a third of the screen
Lets worry about that when games are actually near photo realism. Very few next gen games actually look good. And if they look good, there are huge sacrifices to performance or resolution to obtain it
The first game with true next gen visuals
Sorry if I'm a smart shopper and you aren't, but I would prefer to play the thing before purchasing it. Try before you buy. And that hotel thing is an extremely dumb comparison on your part. On a hotel review site you more or less know what you're getting into, its a room you sleep in for a day or two, but a game you own and you play hopefully for years, a review and some youtube videos isn't going to cut it you have to play it yourself
yeah, easily be part of titanfall by putting down 60 bucks on a game that you haven't even played yet
Every game benefits from 60 fps
there isn't a single game in my library where I go 'man, I better limit my framerate to 30 because then it will play better'
30 fps...lol
Can't say I'm surprised. They truly are welcoming us to 'next gen'
@infected
'Not to mention $50 a year for PS+ for a ton of free games'
'$50 a year'
'free games'
'$50'
'free'
I really can't believe the stuff sony fans say sometimes.
I can't believe you sony people are defending paying to play online, after criticizing it so harshly when XBL did it. Oh you get to have some bottom of the bargain bin barrel games for '...

Yeah where can you get a 400 dollar PS4 that performs all the functions that a PC can perform
PCs are not only for gaming, they are multi purpose tools. If you were to invest money in a PC, you would be using your money more wisely than getting a device whose only function is just a media device that plays games
both games are excellent. This episode just happened to be lackluster. It happens.
Good. Not all games need a shoe horned multiplayer feature that saps resources from the main meat of the game, just so publishers can tick off a feature for sales purposes
I thought at least since its using source they would have put it on steam out of some agreement, but whatever. Origin is tolerable, and the UI is a nice change from the typical steam UI
Theres only so much that having similar hardware can do before the lack of power will become a significant barrier. They'll 'maximize' it alright, but it won't be anywhere near the quality you are probably thinking
No matter what strings they pull, no matter what sacrifices they make, VR on PS4 will be a crappy, low res, poor performance experience. The hardware just isn't powerful enough. Read the article, they even express concern about the ability for Sony to deliver a capable VR device. They think that it will be so bad that it will leave a bad taste in consumers mouths for VR, and will halt progress in this new video game technology for quite a while
Thanks sony for halting pro...
Um yeah you are seriously mistaken if you believe bioshock infinite has the same value listed at the default sales price on steam at the moment. Its worth about as much as it was at its lowest sale, which was like 10 bucks a month ago. Its probably even lower now. You have been severely tricked by Sony if you think somehow you are getting a £19.99 value with this game that has been discounted to hell and has been out for a year
and a minus bubble for personal attack by i...
