It can't. To run dx11 tess you need a dx11 gpu. 360 gpu is dx9.
Sorry but this demo was using directx 11 so it's not possible on current consoles(hardware). Yes all ati cards since 2600 (i think) supported tesselation but it's different than the one used in dx11 (not compatible)

If you want to use your copy of windows with another computer buy the full retail version. OEM copies are cheaper because they are tied to one computer. That's why companies put the long disclaimer before you install software that you have to agree with.
some games look fine under 60 fps. crysis and metro 2033 look ok under 60 frames. unless you are running a 120hz monitor or a crt anything over 60 doesn't really matter. I'd rather set graphics to max settings as long as i can at least 40-50 fps

Microsoft is a software company but they don't make games.(HALO,Gears,fable were not developed by MS and bungie and epic are independent) What was the last game Microsoft's games studios developed? The only one I can think of off the top of my head is flight simulator but I'm sure there are some others.

You know they have a company called SOE right? SONY ONLINE ENTERTAINMENT. They were the ones who made everquest which was the biggest mmo before WOW. They've probably been more successful at PC games than Microsoft. (neither one of them is doing much right now on pc)

and xbox basically is pc gaming in a console (95% of the games library) just simplified and marketed the problem for ms is if they make it more like pc they can't (over)charge what they do now for basic services
