If you want to play competitive online games - either system is fine. Both have strong online communities.
if you are QA (aka: testors) you are expected to act in a manner that best reflects the company you work for (as are any employees - if you work at McDs even you can tell customers to F off)
QA also are under many levels of NDA paper work - that means they do not leak stuff unless they are stupid and a) want to lose their job b) never work in the industry again c) pay a huge fine (100k+)
and no they don't require huge amounts of testors... 10->20 QA are genera...
PC and PS3 console based and yes monthly fee or microtransaction model are both being considered (I prefer monthly fee - I hate the imbalances that microtransaction models bring to online games)

just go onto the HK PSN and it is under the themes section

but since people can make their own themes I would bet within hours if not minutes someone will clone it and make a free version.

as long as they refurb the units before they arrive at retail law would probably say that they are to be treated as new units.
but they still would be refurb internally.
May be BS but it is legal and allows hardware to be sold that otherwise would need to be scrapped.
If they work and they are new - they can be sold as working and new.
