Yeah, I love values chronicles. I have to add dragons dogma. It may be all the little things or attention to detail but I am having so much fun. And it isn't prisoner of the moment. I stopped my 2nd playthrough of witcher 2 to try it out and haunt looked back. It just reminds me slot of experiences I have had with older rpgs and the pawn system is brilliant. & I haunt finished kingdoms yet either b/c of me3 but I am so lucky cuz after DD it's back to kingdoms.

I am fully invested with dragons dogma. I love it. And if Capcom is smart, they will keep this game going. More end game content would be perfect. I would rather have a better game anyway. Personally, I would love if next Gen had upgradeable memory and graphics cards to let those who want to spend the money could be able to use high settings like a pc. It is tops on my list but I am trying to keep expectations realistic so I can be pleasantly surprised. I love playing a game that I didn't have high hopes for and being blown away. Dragons dogma has done that recently. Bioshock, fallout 3, deus ex HR, mass effect 1, and valkyria chronicles are my favorite games this Gen because of this very reason.
I agree because I believe their push next Gen is gonna b an extension of the pc on ur TVs. Windows 8 is coming out as well as surface and their windows phones, and they will all run similar os, which will have kinect integration. I have a ps3 & Xbox but it's nice to link my xbox directly to my computer. I use media center to stream everything from my pc. They are looking to do battle with apple and get the jump on the future os's, b it tablet, television etc.

I can't wait for this game. I just worry that my expectations are too high, like bioshock high, for this game. But, if it even comes close, I will b ecstatic. It's a niche genre that leaves a huge whole as there are so few games. Maybe my comparison is off but I so badly want an fps with a deep story, some open gameplay, weapons mixed with powers and great strategic play with the ability to save at anytime. An immersive, strange and beautiful environment doesn't hurt.
How far into development are they? He just got there right? So, how much input does he get? Would they be willing to make major changes? Or was he brought there for something more?
Yeah, it is a bad sign. Even if he was offered some amazing job, ether u would mention it or there would be a time stipulation regarding the game being worked on. Also, even if he hates it, leaving is still strange unless there was a blowout or a contract dispute. We will find out soon enough.

It's a great idea but I recommend making the ps4 & using gaikai to slowly move towards streaming games. It would b suicide to go head to head with the 720 with just a streaming device. But, it's also brilliant to move in that direction.
