The franchise that got me to buy a PS2 AND the PS3 was Wip3out! I know they shut down Studio Liverpool, but I am still hoping that they bring the series to the PS4!

Yup, he is absolutely correct! A WHOPPING 3,336 (according to media create) additional customers signed on and bought an Xbone the week of Sept 6th-13th! Vs. 25,000 or so PS4s sold. This is the first week after launch people. This is the BEST they can hope for. The numbers will only slide downward from here.
VGChartz (yeah, I know...they suck, but it's all we have that's even close) is showing 472,855 PS4s sold for the week (Sept 7th through Sept 13th) with the Xbone at 171,486. So yeah, PS4 outsold Xbone by 300,000 consoles on Destiny Week!
Japan also fell to just over 3,000 Xbones too...so yeah, Xbone is officially dead in Japan.
Calling it now...Xbox is NEVER going to close the gap with PS4 this gen. The momentum is on Sony's side, and with more ...
Microsoft is a POISON on the entire industry. The sooner they pull the plug on Xbox and get out of the business entirely, the better off gamers will be.

What's REALLY funny, is I could see Notch selling it to MS, then everyone at Mojang quits and forms a new company. MS is left with an aging IP, and no talent. Mojang pockets the $2 billion and goes on to create the next big game!

You must have missed it when Bungie said that the game really BEGAN once you hit the level cap. There is a TON of content in this game, and lots to do besides just hitting your level cap.
Think about how much content World of Warcraft has AFTER you hit your cap! No, Destiny is not a "true" MMO, but it is similar.
If you approach the game with an open mind, you will have lots of fun. Is it the 2nd coming of gaming? No, but it doesn't need to ...
