Sorry but the beginning of that statement shows that you are living on a different planet.
I would be the first to admit that console power doesn't mean everything... But it does matter and impacts greatly when something less poweful is priced Higher.
The fact that MS this gen pushed Kinect... which IN MY OPINION... takes away from the the machine, and adds to the price. I certainly don't want voice commands (a glorified remote) to cost me, and detract from my console's power.
I certainly do not want a TV input which works manily in...

I am not getting another Resident Evil game. 6 is one of the worst games I have ever bought.
I would really love some old PS1 and 2 IPs making a return. You know there were so many great and under rated games in these eras.. Mark of Kri, Legend of Dragoon, and the likes.
Even more excited for the new IPs. Yes the time moves so fast!
Like I said... I have a feeling. Nothing's been confirmed. Only the trailer ran at the same resolution. I am happy to be wrong about this.

I have a feeling this game will be 1080p on PS4, and a lower resolution on XBONE, resulting in the marketing footage being PS4 gameplay.

This game's on line is great... so team focused. I hope they don't add main stream "typical shooter" content or features.
The on-line is so unique and brings a new dimension to multi player.
This is why the console is not appealing in other markets.
It's not just voice commands, but the TV input doesn't work in many countries

Didn't you downplay TLOU releasing on PS4, and said Sony only has sequels? I take it this only applies to other consoles, and only a good thing when MS does it?
The Playstation will not become a niche product... It's target market is mainly gamers. Other services are add ons, but the predominant function is gaming. With 6-7 in every 10 people playing games in some form, Sony's gaming focus will not be niche. The console will also adapt with services serving other wants.
The XBONE however is losing it's identity. MS wants to be all things to all people. One message is that we are focusing on games, the other we are caterin...
The NPDs will be out soon for April... Then we will see how VG charts compares... I think its far too in favour of Xbone.
