I won't say Stellar...both had a good showing, with a lot of content. Sony maintained their position... did MS make up ground?
The winners here are the gamers... with genuine choice over a variety of content. Both did well.
Microsoft put all their cards on the table and showed almost all their first party games (except for Gears of War and Rise of Nations I guess..) which I think was necessary for them to do because they're currently lagging in sales (because of their mistakes last year). In addition, because they obviously have more money than Sony, they were able to reach out to more third party AAA developers and in return they got exclusive content or first on Xbox One content or whatever. Basically,Micr...
When did I contradict PC games and gamers? I constantly praise PC on here...especially Contrast and WarFrame. Don't generalise me into that group, or what you've read from other peoples comments.
But... But... the PS4 has NOE GAMEZZZ!!
Looking forward to this.
Wait a minute... so people have been on here supporting Kinect, championing it as some great piece of hardware... but now that MS is losing it in favor of more hardware power for the AAA titles... these same people are now jumping for joy?
Words like deluded and hyprocites come to mind.
@Truefan...
I dont believe this extra power would end the differences between X1 and PS4 multiplatforms. It may close the gap, but there will STILL be a difference.
Secondly... you call yourself truefan yet you havent played DR3 or Ryse? What have you been playing that warrants this rampant fanboyism?
I liked this trailer. The games looks amazing graphically, like Ground Zeroes...You can download the 1080P version here...

Well I am glad they apologised.. however I don't get this ... "it became increasingly clear that Rohde’s tweet was the more credible source..." A tweet from a Sony employee, involved with these Studios is clearly the one you go with.
Unfortunately I don't think this apology will do anything for IGN and other sites reporting on rumours and so called "insiders". It gets them hits, more readership and comments. This helps sponsorship. It no way just...
Enjoy :)
So jealous!
Ok... too many rumours and "insiders"
What did I just read?
I'm looking forward to this game. The sheer size and what they're trying to do alone has made me pre order. Not to mention the pedigree
I have this empty feeling in my stomach that this game is indeed cancelled... I look at the trailer and to this day I'm still overcome with emotion.
Please make and release this game Sony. Only you would take such a risk.
Awesome! Looks fantastic. Preordering....
In my opinion... I find it hard to believe PR... and these days more so from the Xbox camp. We need to see this being used by devs and hear them talking about it... Not MS. Let's see more games being like for like multiplatforms wise. Then as a consumer I'll believe
Surprised at the disagrees... I asked a genuine question, with a genuine concern. I think it's an important question for people who already own the console. Is this just to boost sales?
Yes I know what you mean though. Thanks for the response.
So will people with Kinect have to switch it off to get this boost? How do Developers account or scale the game for this? Call me a skeptic, but until I see how this works, only then I will be convinced.... for both Kinect and Kinectless XB1
@ Kingthrash
So now Indies are being counted towards MS exclusives games? Funny how this changes whenever it suits the discussion...
How about the games announed at Gamescom, or does Europe not count? RIME? Shadow of the Beast? Everybody's Gone to the Rapture?
Not to mention the unannouned titles that are coming form MM, SSM, Quantic Dream, Sony London, Bend... H1Z1...? I have still to count titles like Outlast, War Thunder, War ...
That's not what the article or the forum posts states.
The way MS hyped up this conference, I thought we would see Jesus on stage with a X1 controller...
It was an a good, solid show. Nothing exceptional. I don't think those reason are compelling enough. Did the conference change people's mind? Not so sure.
