The Article is talking about sales of games in the UK. How is it different from the multiple posts by VG chartz?

@xJumpManx. The 360 has the lead in the UK, but not in Europe. In fact the UK Market is very small and is not reflective of how main land Europe purchases consoles.
The same trend can be seen with X1. Note though that the X1 has been priced £100 cheaper from its launch price, with a game, for about 3 months now.
The Xbox brand has always been strong in the UK.
Mixed reviews all around. I have only played about 2 hours so far. Plently of stuff to do in the game!
I'd rather a delay to get an 8/10 experience, than a rushed or unfinished game that feels medicore at 5-6/10.
Hopefully we get this by Feb at the latest.
I really wanted to play this for the holiday season. I know there are a lot of games... But first party holiday season is looking barren on PS4. I know there is Drive club, but not many people are into racers. Sony could lose some momentum.
I'd rather a better game with a delay, rather then a rushed released though.
How are they winning the exclusives battle?
Sony has more games announced and more studios making games.

Like how you're trying hard to actually not show or be interested. Shouldn't you be saying something about TitanFall? This is Sony's IP... Meaning never on another console. Devs shouldn't have to justify their games before release. I agree with what he said.
The game looks better than the CG originally shown. MS has talked a lot... "Game on" they said right? They've showed nothing though. Let's see what other...
They have reduced their X1 numbers by 100k from a few weeks back. The PS4 will be 8 million sold by E3... to which Sony will announce.
MS may say 6 million shipped, including the Kinectless X1. Or they may not say anything at all. If Sony really pushed stock and release some JRPGs in Japan, the PS4 could be 2:1 worlwide easily.

For your "yawn" MS sure is doing a lot to get shooters on their system. The biggest IP being one. What is generic about the Order? Certainly not the art style and premise, or the weapons so far.

Given the number of third parties being released in the fall, these delays may not be a bad thing. The games will get more time to be better, and a better chance to do well... And maybe warrant sequels.
In Oct alone we have Batman, Alien, The Evil Within, Shadow of Mordor, Dragon Age, NBA 2K15, Evolve.... Plus Drive Club.
Not to mention the big shooters in Nov and Destiny in Sept, plus there's Sunset Overdrive TBA.
