All Sony has to do is have the big games playable and have solid release dates (preferably this year), a Team Ico trailer and maybe a new unannounced game. If they do this, it will be a big E3 for them.
I would argue that a good portion don't know about it. Sony needs to market their games better, like they did with the PS2.
