Maybe you should stop being a troll and learn reading comprehension. Red Faction: Guerrilla does not have platforming elements in the multiplayer. It has jetpacks. Jetpacks != platforming. I can't say for lost planet because I never played it, but from what I've seen of it, there were no platforming elements anywhere in that game.

This is the problem with Natal and Sony's wand. People are trying to take existing genres with the associated gameplay conventions and cram motion controls onto them. It doesn't work. The only way Natal or the magic wand are ever going to take off is if the developers come up with something new. Base a game around the controls in a new, fun way instead of trying to make games that sell well with motion controls. I can see DD killing off DVDs. Not BluRays, just DVDs. The level needed to stream DVD quality video is almost here and it will take a few more years to get that technology to enough people to make it work. Blurays will still be there for people who want to own their content and audio- & videophiles. DD is perfect for rental, but It is crap for owning.

All motion controls are bullshit because they are only used for casual games or tacked onto hardcore games. They need to develop games around the controls instead of developing games and shoehorning the controls onto the game.

While you have a point that no one knows yet what the functionality will be, you're dumb if you think it will just be voice commands. Those can be accomplished with a mic so what would be the point of Natal? Developers need to make new games and gameplay based on the motion controls, not try to shoehorn games into them; which is what it seems like they are doing.
