I thought Microsoft was trying to market the Xbox brand as an all in one media machine. If this rumor is true it would go against everything they have worked for the last 2 generations. I don't have a DVD player because I use the 360 as one. I definitely won't be buying this if it turns out to be true.

I think they have lost focus on what has brought them to the position they are in; the hardcore gamer. Kudos to Nintendo for admitting they made a mistake in pricing the 3DS to high and dropping it. You can't say that about a lot of companies...ahem SONY.
