The sawed off was not as powerful during the beta. You had to be right up on the guy to get a kill. Now you can be 10 feet away and still get the kill. Reduce the range and it will be perfect.

I agree. The odds were stacked against Microsoft coming into this generation. With the success of the PS2, people were guaranteeing that the PS3 would kill. But Sony killed those chances and has let Microsoft take a huge market share as well as mind share.

The next generation is going to be all about connectivity. The console that has the best online platform will be the winner. Needless to say Microsoft is miles ahead of anyone else at this point and it will take a lot for the competition to catch up. I think what Microsoft is more interested in is the Onlive tech. This would probably be implemented in the next generation rather than the 360. I don't see a deal between the two companies, it just doesn't make any business sense.
This article doesn't make any sense. The game will still be on store shelves for Christmas and people will be still be buying it in November. Just because it is being released in September doesn't mean it will disappear from store shelves. All of Halos had strong sales months after their September releases.

PS3 fanboys are the worst. Such a sense of entitlement. The game is going to be awesome no matter which console it will be on. The timed DLC is a month, I think you can handle that. It's simply marketing. Sony ponied up the cash so DICE won't show the xbox version. Then Joe schmo thinks it's only on PS3. How else do you explain that the PS3 version getting 1943 included.

Well developers are just now getting used to the PS3 with only about 2 years left before the next generation.
This is a beta that plays like a pre-alpha of the game. Dont even release a beta if it's going to be this glitchy. It will only damage people's perception of your game. If they dont fix a lot of things before launch, I am cancelling my pre order.
