GOTY hhmm. I doubt it.
But I am pretty sure it will be shooter of the year and Best multiplayer of the year.
With FF-XIII, Heavy Rain, Alan Awake and if God of War 3 comes out then it will be pretty obvious who gets GOTY award. But Killzone 2 will be contender none the less.
I still don't get it. UT3 had Master Chief, Crysis, FFVII characters and all sorts of mods. People even made COD4 maps in it. They didn't had any problems. Why is this an issue with LBP. It will take the whole fun out of it, if we can't make levels that pay homage to other games or even movies.
It looks alright. Not really mind blowing. It still needs a lot of polish.
Or may be Sega jumps back in console race and they dump everyone for Sega. But to be fair they dump others for company where the money is.;)
I think the game will/should come out till March-April 2009.
Well its about time Square Enix should give us a date or atleast a quarter in which they plan to release the god damn FF-XIII game. I am guessing my kids will be playing FF-XIII on ps5/xbox36000
Well you do realize you are making assumptions on a year old footage. Besides we don't know anything about the game. Lets wait and see, may you are right, may be you aren't.
Yes it will be really exciting. The will announce the cat's name that was not in the 2 minute trailers.
Of all the companies Square Enix is the biggest let down this generation.

OK one quick question and yes I know I will losing all my bubbles and will be getting lots and lots of disagrees over it, but just one small question. When Call of Duty does scripted events it is a Masterpiece, but when Killzone 2 does scripted events it is bashed and it is derivative and its totally utterly generic. Why?
The game is just mind blowing. I was a bit worried about the singleplayer aspect. But after seeing the new trailer, I am confident this game will rock the world.
This game would have sell alot more then it did, if only Sony knew how to market it. I mean I have only seen 1 (boring and confusing) ad on Australian prime time TV. I see Saints Row 2 ads 10 times every day. Sony just wasted this opportunity. I still don't know why they don't put enough on the ad campaign. If this was there big system seller they should have atleast advertised it properly.
I can give you one solid reason. If it was coming out this year. Microsoft would have been hyping and advertising the crap out of it. (Something Sony should learn to do)
Looks good but it definitely need a lot of polish. Plus you can't judge a game by screenshots. Some gameplay videos are urgently required:P
Well yeah that got me thinking. I remember when I didn't had my 360 for a week (sent for repairs) and i switched to playing God of War 2 and I was like God I can't play this now:( (God of War 2 is my favorite game of all time. I have finished it 11 times.:D)
That is one reason I don't have a Wii. Once you go HD, you can't go back:P
Well this is one game that may persuade me to buy a Wii.:P
I still don't understand why they don't bring Yakuza games to the world outside Japan. I am sure there is a huge market of hardcore gamers that want to get there hands on it.
