I just wish they provided mouse support on the consoles. The PS3 is capable of using a USB mouse or bluetooth mouse. I really did not like the controls on the consoles on the original Dragon Age.
Order online for whatever system... no tax.
@Jimmy Riddle
On my Microsoft 360 wheel, Forza 3 and NFS felt very similar with all driving assists turned off. Do you even race at the track? There's no doubt in my mind that Forza 3 is a fun game, but nobody I know at the track considers it a racing sim.
Trolls calm down. I didn't even say it's my favorite. Nor did I even mention whatever companies involved.
The best video from E3:

Not sure why you're starting up shit. The guy is dissing Crytek, not Xbox. And I don't blame him since Crysis 2 on the consoles doesn't look that great. I'm sure it will be impressive on PC, but I'm highly skeptical of their console developments, whether it's exclusive or multiplat.
I can't believe you're comparing an upcoming gaming using Unreal Engine 3 (2006 tech) to a first party development engine.
@Jimmy Riddle
I've played Forza on my 360 and was not impressed. In fact the car handling was similar to NFS Shift. Turn 10->racing sim is equivalent to Infinity Ward->military sim.
Ubisoft needs to halt all development projects until they come out with the next Rainbow Six. I'm getting tired of waiting, Ubisoft.
One thing Forza developers can learn from GT developers: be a REAL race driver. Until then, your product isn't a racing sim.
Not sure why everyone always says MW2 is for noobs. It's the most competitive FPS game this generation where people play for money. I also know that every noob that starts out the game sucks horribly with a 0.02 K/D ratio. If it's for noobs, you'd think the people who start out on the game would have 3.0 K/D ratio.
Maybe people are discouraged when they start out on the game and realize that they're dying consistently, so they give up and say the game is for n...
Don't get me wrong. I bought the game on release day. It was ridiculously fun until you hit level 30 (takes about 48 hours of online play). Then the maps get really old as well as the entire game. Dice hasn't released anything refreshing except onslaught, but I refuse to purchase it when I feel it should have been part of the retail package (I played it on my friend's system). All the "VIP maps" are just the exact same maps organized a little differently for different ga...
@ pustulio
The fanboy crap was lame, pustulio. I actually own both systems but bought BC2 for PS3 because there's nothing on the Xbox platform that currently warrants a Gold subscription renewal (that will change once Halo Reach comes out). And FYI Dice said it themselves that between PS3 and 360, the PS3 was the lead platform for development of BC2.
According to EA/Dice's forums, the lag plagues both consoles since the patch in April.
Not much reborning when the game mechanics has remained essentially the same for 20 years.
I've gotten absolutely tired of these locations. The game gets dull after you hit level 30. I get tired of spending half the time running across the map just to see some action. And I'm also tired of having to kill everyone in a squad twice because they keep respawning on top of each other. After patch 1.04 the game got absolutely laggy and made sniping much more noob friendly with the m95 (drastically decreased bullet drop off).
I can barely find a full server nowada...
For all of these reasons, I am grossly disappointed that Bungie signed a 10 year deal with Activision. Their next franchise will probably be subscription based if Kotick is still CEO.
The real reason why he isn't a fan of Xbox Live is because he knows COD won't sell well if he requires paid subscription to play Call of Duty on top of Xbox Live subscription. Greedy asshole.
what are u talking about? the console and pc version came out 2 years after the arcade version and by then the graphics were way outdated.
I love the disagrees. The next time you drive a car, assuming that you're old enough to drive, try to see if you can look to your side if your head is turned one direction but your eyes fixated to the front.
Is it forced prestige or can the player choose not to prestige? If it's forced then I think it's a stupid idea. I don't know why everyone is so in love with Treyarch. They're still owned by Activision and all they do is reuse the COD engine. I think Activision destroys everything it touches, including Treyarch.
Not until the industry sets standards on 3D technology. Right now everyone has proprietary technology which makes it expensive for consumers.
