You can't actually board ships. You hold a button to board, there is a quick scene of the AI jumping on the ship, then you just get a pop up showing what you plundered. Same with exploring islands. There is no actual gameplay off your ship, it is strictly sailing. You can stop off at ports to refill supplies and sell stuff to upgrade and customize your ship, but you can't actually explore any areas off the ship.

It's a pretty simple thing, Xbox's conference showed me way more games I'm excited about and will be buying regardless if it's 3rd party or not. Considering Sony's greatest surprise was RE2, the rest we already knew about.
I will say that Ghost of Tsushima is probably my game of E3 though. It looked so good. But if I'm rating conferences as a whole, Xbox easily won by having a solid conference with no awkward moments or sound issues and by showing me...

Off the top of my head I think Gears 4, Forza 7 and Forza Horizon 4 run at 4k/60. Gears 4 only in MP though.
Actually, I'm not sure if Forza Horizon 4 will be native 4k/60 because I think you have to put it in performance mode to get 60 which will surely drop the resolution. Regardless, it's the console that outputs the better performance all around.
Very true. I mean we saw the launch of PS3 then with Xbox One being an extra $100 and slightly under powered... Well we all know how that went.
Anyway, price point is very important and I think $400-$500 is about right.
I think 2020 will be the earliest we will see either a NextBox or PS5. PS4 is still flexing its muscles.

Forza Horizon is just cementing itself as the Top racer this gen. I'm not a big fan of SIM racing, but the arcade gameplay of Forza Horizon is just top notch.
I loved the Batman games, and I love Spider-Man. Sounds like a match made in heaven.

That's all skull and bones is, there is only ship battles. There is no jumping off your boat and exploring islands, the sea, actually boarding ships and fighting with swords or guns... it is strictly sailing.
And once Sea of Thieves ads in AI ships in the upcoming Cursed Sails content drop... There will be no point in Skull and Bones.
