Again, Forza 5 was heavily down-graded to reach 1080p/60fps.

MS really don't have a choice if they're main goal is to save money on dev cost. I'm sure they would like to add both controls/kinect functions in a game but it would end up costing them more money.
There should be a law for peripheral in place to protect the consumers.
If there isn't at least 30% of content for a peripheral it should not be force on people to buy it.
First time peripheral should be tested by professional gamers first on whether a peripheral functions well enough to market.

I said that a long long time ago. The kinect wasn't going to work out.
First of all, The kinect has a major flaw..the camera aren't responsive enough. Its not the engineer fault it just that our technology isn't good enough.
Maybe in like a few years the technology will be there.

MS's had more 1st party games at launch than sony. make a lot of sense since most devs already knew how to use MS's DX well.

3rd party Devs are going to make as money as they can from their games. So, it makes much sense to make their game look the same way on all gaming platform except PC.

I would rather them show off dx12 on a game that we've already seen before to give a better picture. A before an after demo would be greatly accepted instead of some boring flash/power point demo.

You can't turn a volk wagon into a ferrari. Ray tracing takes an enormous amount of horse power to run. The x1 hardware might be capible to do some ray tracing, but not a lot like MS claim.
I agree, QTE, bad voice acting, stiff controls wouldn't be something most gamer would except today.
But honestly though, I think they shouldn't make an HD version of Shenmue 1-2. If they're smart, they should make Shenmue 3 with 2 two options. Option one has extra Video content in Shenmue 3, which contains part of Shenmue's part 1&2 storyline for those who didn't get a chance to play it.

I agree new gamers are going to want to play Shenmue 1-2 before they support Shenmue 3.

Concertoine(comment above) took the words right out of my mouth.He right Shenmue sold well on a small install base. Shenmue are one of those title that many people didn't get a chance to play. I love Shenmue and I hope they make the third one. Can you imagine how incredible Shenmue 3 would look on the next gen console. Dreamcast had only 16 MB main RAM (SDRAM) so it would be interesting to see how it would look/play on the PS4/x1. With 4gigs of RAM.
