Well everyone Sony has released about the PS5 has been direct from them, so are you saying we should be suspicious of them too?
Cmon mate, the console is in the hands of hundreds of journalists who are also testing it, so it’s unlikely there’s any smoke and mirror practices going on.
This rumour was bs from the start, but because it’s Xbox everybody chose to believe it. Yet when any negative rumours come out about the PS5, it’s 100% fake. Can’t have it b...
Isn’t that a good thing? How often does the president of PlayStation do interviews??
A few things wrong with this - 1) surely one of the main reasons for buying Bethesda is to prevent PlayStation gaining a commanding lead by making their games exclusive? 2) while PlayStation is the most popular gaming platform right now, I’d say there’s enough of a market on PC and Xbox to buy their games. 3) Bethesda self publishing doesn’t really mean much - they ultimately report to Microsoft now and they will have the final say.
Do we really need another article confirming this? No one would deny the lineup is incredibly week, but the story has been done to death.
Hmmm it’s more that they’re reporting information the way they want you to see it, meaning there could be some smoke and mirror practices going on.
That being said, the UI looks absolutely fantastic. Fair play to Sony.
They now own Tango Gameworks which is a Japanese studio.
I saw a video about this last night. Apparently games will quick resume regardless of the console being powered off or unplugged, but if any game is ACTIVE (not suspended in the background) it won’t quick resume.
It’s a pre-existing agreement they’re choosing to honour. People would’ve lost their minds otherwise.
Think Japan is the rumoured next destination.
Neither the article nor the comments are anything to do with PlayStation. Go somewhere else if you want to have an argument with yourself.
It was also slated for Q4. Plus it's only a month after launch, still in time for Xmas.
Really? I'm a big fan of it. Quite a coup to get Daniel Kaluuya (Get Out) in it. Labrynth with the music as well!
Not really relevant though is it.
Crossfire X? Trailer looks decent.
I enjoyed it, an interesting story (although the ending was a bit of an anticlimax).
Decent output by XGS this year (although as many hits as misses). The lineup of future games is looking stacked, just wondering how many of them we'll see given the ongoing pandemic.
The difference is - Ori is a relatively niche game, so releasing it on other systems isn’t going to impact hardware sales. Fallout and Elder Scrolls would, so of course they’re going to be exclusive. As they said, case by case.
If it was all about money, why isn’t Ori on PlayStation? Sounds like you’re in denial that you won’t be able to play some of your favourite franchises on your preferred console anymore.
You'd be surprised... a game needs to have 60fps, 4k, ray tracing and a metacritic rating of at least 96 for some people to even consider a game enjoyable.
Was just thinking the same thing - the difference between the One X and the Series X is hella confusing but an inconsistent message on transferable game saves is not confusing in the slightest.
To be honest though, if it varies for game to game, fine. Not that big of a deal I don't think.
Hard to believe. The only way I feel this happens is if PS5 stock is so extremely limited (which there are rumours of) that they can’t get enough consoles in customers hands.
