Except Oculus Rift is solely dependent on just their headset hence the high price. Sony however is using this as an add on for the PS4 and because of the PS4 and the other products they already sale they can keep the cost down to a point that it can be bought by more people. Sony has the commercial power already behind them.
Sony is about options for Gamers. They do not force added things onto us. Instead they will have the ability added into those games without requiring people to buy something they don't want. There may be some games that will require VR but for the bigger mainstream titles I can't imagine Sony excluding a big part of their user base like that.
Since you have to have the PS4 to use it then it most likely won't be more than 200-300. I expect it alone would be 200. Bundled with the camera and move then it could reach 300. Bundled with the Camera only maybe 250.
Also possibly Morpheus alone and Morpheus bundled with the camera. Anyway I cannot wait to see just how much this will cost and the games that are made for it.

Well all the things I want for PS4 the article already states that Sony will add them. I just hope we aren't waiting years for the features. At most some should take no longer than the 2nd anniversary of the PS4. Ideally they will announce a big update roll out at GDC or E3.
You don't get to play as Cole, but you do get a set of missions for Delsin that will help fill in the gap between inFamous 2 and Second Son. Also once you complete the missions you get a new Jacket for Delsin that is like the one Cole wore.
Well I expect that Live From Playstation and the way Twitch works will definitely be improved as time goes on. I certainly hope they also give an option to upload directly to youtube instead of the hoops that you have to jump through now. Anyway it is still very early in the life of PS4 and as more people use it and give feedback Sony can work on changing it up.
If I game is MP only and you also have to pay more for DLC maps or for a Season Pass then it shouldn't cost 60. At most it should be between 30-40.

I will be picking this up for my PS3. I do have a Vita but I think I'd rather play it on my TV again. I have never played X-2 though so it will be nice experiencing that for the first time.
I bought this when it released on PS3 so it is nice being able to grab it for free on PS4. Having said that thought with the additions they added I would have paid for the game again anyway. But it is nice getting so many new and recent games for free. Now if only they could put up a PS3 game I haven't already bought.
I know they have said Cole is dead. But I would like to see the First Sons make a big return and somehow bring Cole back from the dead. Maybe have him be corrupted by the First Sons and be a major antagonist for part of the game. Then you can work as Delsin to either free him from the First Sons or join them depending on your moral choices.
