AWESOME!!

Not awesome is the fact it's time to go dark on all halo forums minus Bungie.net. I have no doubt some jacka** is gonna post spoilers on here. It wouldn't be n4g if they didn't

The only thing I judge games over as to which is better is fun factor (purely opinon) and player base.

I can't judge fun for KZ2 because I haven't played it but I can say that Halo 3 consistently has 100000 players at any given time during the day and it's 3 years old.

I constantly hear KZ2 doesn't have that and it's only a year old. Halo has to be doing something right to have that many players for that long. KZ2 isn't a bad game I&...

Reach is easily my most anticipated (now that SC2 is out). I can see the quality of game GT5 will be but I'm not a racing game fan at all so it doesn't appeal to me. No matter which way you go, you're gonna get one heck of a game that will last for a long time. I fail to see how anyone loses with that

Normally, I don't like saying GOTY early either but I can safely say that Reach and Stacraft 2 are my top 2 games of the year followed by ME2 and GOW3.

There's some games you just know are gonna be good (betas help that notion). Understand the sentiment and I generally agree with it but I'm totally with him on this one

This week's BWU was light on game info but man that new studio is nice. The Forge created maps looked pretty good too

I'm not necessarily the creative type as far as making levels but I can certainly appreciate creativity. I guess it's just not knowing how deep the experience is and how much is out there

Well I'm tempted to go to GS and put 5 dollars down to try it out. The worst that can happen is I get the 5 dollars back but I know it looks real similar to the other games that I already own....just wondering if it's really that bad or are people over exaggerating?

I just don't know what to think. I never played LBP1 and it's between this and AC: Brotherhood in Nov (assuming I'm still not in the full on Reach onslaught). I'm gonna download the LBP1 demo today (didn't know there was one) but it just seems like a bunch of minigames and nothing in depth...like play 15 mins, it's over and go to another one.

This is one of those games I'm really not sure about

My GPU is fine.....

CoreTemp says my AMD Phenom Quad Core (Agena I think) processor runs at 64 degrees while playing that game. About 3-4 hotter than the beta had it

Is it really that bad? Dice has a good pedigree (well at least for a month after release)

Again, your loss.....it's less than 3 bucks a month if you order off Amazon (on sale...cards are always on sale somewhere). Principles are great to have for stuff that isn't as trivial as video games.

Oh well, to each their own

people complain just to complain. It's similar hence the number 2 after starcraft but the campaign is lightyears (pun intended) better than 1 and in all honesty is a lot better than some single player games I've played. The mission structure is different for every level. The research elements, campaign only units and ability to watch news clips, etc. really make it feel liek it's own entity instead of a 10 mission rushed campaign for each race and more like a training session f...

Yea I know...it just never hit home until I saw that video. I really wanted to play through all the campaigns (Reach, then CE, then 2 then 3) but I don't know that I could go back to CE after playing Reach....might have to do 1,2,3 and then Reach

Haha, I wouldn't go that far...I have a 7 desktop and macbook pro (1st gen) laptop......Mac's have their place and are great for any kind of editing, etc.

For gaming, definitely not. It will probably run fine on macbook but within a year, you'll start having problems on newer games....maybe sooner. I know my macbook pro from 2006 can't run starcraft two without some serious issues

I don't know...it looks too similar to me. This game is gonna have a devil of a time trying to pry me away from Reach so it's more just bad timing on it's part in respect to this gamer. It's too similar for my tastes to two games I already own and it comes out after Reach...bad combo

5706d ago 1 agree1 disagreeView comment

Wow I forgot how bad graphically Halo 2 is compared to even 3.....I think I'm gonna have to play the 3 campaigns before Reach or I won't go back to them.....

5706d ago 1 agree3 disagreeView comment

There's a point where selling out becomes just too good to pass up....I think that was the case with Bungie and I as a gamer profited more then they did (just go with it...makes the story better) because we got the halo franchise

Generally, mac's are never the way to go if you want to game. They overprice what you get as far as pure power goes. It will probably play it on low or mediumlow.....just get the specs and compare against the SC2 specs

I would say it runs it but if you want to game on PC, mac's are not the way to go

That game is on life support if you can even call it that....I wouldn't expect that at any time....unless the MMO is a ghost releated game lol

seems like it....a flood (no pun intended) of Bungie articles has popped up....not that I'm complaining...now to wait for the BWU tonight
