...be getting DLC? I keep saying that Rockstar never said a word about PS3 never getting any DLC, and even hinted that they would get some of their own exclusives. There is NOTHING like that anywhere that has ever been confirmed. I wonder where you ever knew that there was a contract. No one is denouncing your precious DLC! No one has said it wouldn't be a good thing.
All that is being said is that it won't be the absolute only thing that people will look at when deciding which console they will want to buy GTA4 for, and that it's not going to be this whole new game (because Rockstar even came out and said how many hours it will add). That's all that is being said.

Like I said before, they never said they wouldn't, and Barrera said they wanted the game to last for years. One (outside of the 360 fanboy circle that really want the PS3 version to suck major ass that gets absolutely nothing extra for some reason) would assume that they mean both versions (he said that to a OPM interviewer, as well, so I don't think he was lying to them).
