They likely will buy Bluepoint or surprise us all and buy Fomsoftware or Platinum games. Thing is Sony invest in more teams at their internal studios and develop so many of the gaming ip's in its inventory such as:
Jak and Daxter
Resistance
Syphon Filter
Socom
The Getaway
Legend of Dragoon
The most realistic studios they could buy are Bluepoint and Housemarque and invest in the studios to bring them up to AAA standard. An ambitious one would be Konami especially the gaming division as they are not doing a whole pile console wise, not sure do they do mobile etc. getting access to the MGS, Contra, Silent Hills and Zone of Enders franchises and turning out them out in AAA games is a win win.

Overall I'm happy, gameplay was good especially Demon Souls and Spiderman MM. Only disappointment was Horizon coming to PS4, as I thought it was designed from the ground up on PS5.

I'm disappointed with Horizon forbidden west coming to PS4 as I thought the game was taking full advantage of PS5 hardware, it will still be a fantastic game but it's design will still be dictated by PS4 weak CPU and HDD.
Oh right didn't know it was running on PC, if thats the case it should be fine. I'm still having nightmares over Arkham Knight on PC.

In a perfect world yes but we've seen so many console games poorly optimized to run on PC.
Maybe Series X should launch next year with Halo Infinite so it might have something worth playing. Tetris in 4K doesn't sound appealing.

Doubt Sony are lying as this statement is for shareholders who took a 3% hit on Sony stock, they couldn't be lying now as legal action could be taken against the board, likely the Bloomberg article is bullshit like 50% yield on the chip manufacturing from an experienced manufacturer should have raised eyebrows.
When is this releasing on the 360/PS3 ?
My issue is that it was announced in early 2013 and when we're in the final stretch for release suddenly delays, issues etc. Over 7 years should not come to this.
