So did 2022 and the year before that. It’s said every year that next year looks great for gaming and nearly everything gets delayed. Rinse and repeat. Next year at this time everyone will be saying 2024 looks great.
Sony is most likely releasing Forspoken next year based on a couple factors. There’s GOW Ragnarok in November and when will be the next Playstation exclusive after that? If Forspoken would have released in October there would be another 8 month dry spell of no Sony games like we are going though now between Ghostwire and GOW. The next exclusive after Forspoken will likely be FF16 next Summer. And of course there’s also the fact they may not want to hinder Forspoken by releasing it near G...
I feel sorry for any game releasing this holiday. Except COD because that game will do well regardless.
Idk I kind of like this aspect. It gives a grounded reality to the fantasy world the protagonist is thrust into.
I’m really looking forward to this game, but I anticipate a delay to 2024.
Each game is a full sized reboot of story section of FF7. I would say the price is justified. Each part is the size of a full game.
It’s definitely a reboot.
Nah casuals are the biggest market and most still have a PS4 tbh.
I think it will. It’s the sequel to pretty much the best first party Sony game so of course there is a ton of hype surrounding it.
$250.00 is steep. I think I’ll pass even though I really want that steelbook that as of now only GameStop has.
I’ve been told I’m not making sense for saying that Sony is hoping players will double dip with these collectors editions by buying the collectors edition and then purchasing the standard edition so they can have a disc. But I really think I’m making a lot of sense. It’s what I get the urge to do if I could afford to double dip like that. But the people that love physical media and can double dip will do so. But others like me will just go for the standard edition. It really seems like S...
Yeah at the earliest. So people expecting it next year will be disappointed.
Final Fantasy Remake Part 2 will definitely be 2024. Q1 likely.
YESS. So it was just a surprise drop huh?
It’s pretty much a given we will hear something within the next two and a half months. Either in a SOP in July or August or in Sonys showcase in early September.
Sony doesn’t really do big holiday games but here’s hoping this year is different. The latest Sony typically releases a first party game is September. The last three months of the year are third party games mainly.
At this point Microsoft oversees 343. If Microsoft really cared they would make sure these things are fixed promptly.
Yes I’m sure they know many people will hehehe
So very true. Of course people are going to jump all over an open world souls game. But he doesn’t know why it’s more popular. Very humble guy indeed.
Ascension was more greatness it was just overshadowed. It being a non numbered title made it seem unimportant and following GOW 3 made it seem rather tame. 3 was so grand all the way through.
