He can't be talking about live as their is a tab for arcade games and a what's new section. Their is a weekly updateshow. They send out emails every week about what's new, they post on facebook if you have them listed, they advertise their summer of arcade nationally. What more do you want them to do, buy the darn game for you? This is crazy, so don't point the blame at psn or live point it at this authur that is very ill informed.
Actually I just read that sony went from a 200 billion company to their current worth of 14.5 billion. Three or 4 years of 4 billion dollar loses and Sony will not exist anywhere close to his current form. If psn is so profitable then why is the division the ps3 in responsable for some of those loses? The PC is not running on a network that one company eats the bill like with MS and sony, so yes Xbox live is the benchmark to compare to for keeping your head above water with that type of subsc...
Wow wow wow both are doing fine this late in the generation. Congrats to both but sony is going to need some hard changes and soon to get out of the red.
I do a lot of gaming shopping and locally in las vegas the ps vita is in stock everywhere. I'm not sure that's a good sign as it looks really poorly advertised. I think people are a little scared with sony phasing out the psp and dropping the pspgo quicker and more deliberate then ms dropped support of the original xbox.
I ment to disagree as this looks like a major step up for the franchise and it won't take much to look better then kz as many games hve surpassed that boring colorless mess imo.
Imo the ps3 is a Yugo and the 360 a Honda. They both need some improvement but they are getting to the end of this generation. The reason the ps3 is so low in my book is you can't do the main thing which is drive without going through install this and download that. I expect some updates but not for every single game to have to install it since it can't play off the disc like the 360 can and then the constant firmware updats and its painfully slow compared to the 360. I say the exact same thing about xbox live....you get what you pay for. Its nice to hear Sony fans finaly are understanding this fact. On topic...vita is a much better made piece of equipment vs the 3ds so it should sell for more especialy if its capable of ps3 graphics imo.
Well you can always play it right from the disc but I personally love the option to install all my games to my hd and I erase them when I'm finished. Works great for me and I have the 250 gig hd.
I enjoyed kz2 and I only usually play sp and kz3 the story was horrible and so forgettable. I had to push myself to finish it knowing I spent 60 bucks on launch night for it.
It costs the exact same on pc and the plan is to release it on 360 as more of a beta and add to it as they did with the pc accordng to the devs.
I agree and have both services and live its 10 times better then psn and yes its much faster. I know sony fans want to think psn is better but its not close but its free and I'm a strong believer in getting what I pay for and psn when they start charging next gen to make revenue for sony will have to come up with something worth paying for but right now its not worth a dime or rupies or gil a month.
That's the reason I don't think u will ever see a ps3 version unless the cut the 360 world in half then the p3 ram might be able to handle it but not at 60fps likethe 360.
I enjoy my 360 but I could care less about this game, plus I have a ps3 if I want to play which I don't. This opinion is coming from a ps3 site. Here's an idea ps3.mmgm yum yum or whatever your name is. If you love starhawk so, much go and play it and leave the 360 sites to worry about the 360.
The only way I would want bluray on the next box is if its faster and can play from the disc without installing mandatory for almost every game. If that's not possible then ms can use a hybrid drive for games and bluray for movie playback.

Ms has never offered a online pass. Retailers like gamestop have though. if you consider xbox live a pass than your picking straws as sony has a online pass with a lot of their games plus psn plus. Resistance 3 was a horrble online pass btw. I hate hotcakes, now pizza that would be much better. All I have to say is give Vita a chance its only 2 months out.
Its.pretty obvious ps3 has ram issues and hence the reason only exclusives seem to play ok or linear games. The 360 is by far imo a much better designed machine for software while sony does well on building hardware but lacks in the end to the 360.
Fix that...since the360 and ps3 are on par with each other then their is a good bet the nintendo wi u will be as powerfull but probably more powerfull then both until sony and microsoft release their next gen.
