I couldn't have said it better. From a multi console owner that's been gaming since ti 994a and atari and commodoe 64 I lbelieve the ps3 is a mess. I don't see how a series such as uncharted that goes for a pixel cartoon look is graphic pushing. I would think killzone or gears with its realistic graphics would fit that description better in my opinion.
Unless cdprojectred is lying the 360 is playing witcher 2 at least at med settings. From experience playing both the pc and 360 version the 360 looks damn good for its age.
I enjoyed Uncharted 3 but to me it was very overrated. I don't see these great real to life graphics in these cartoon looking graphics and found the controls and camera to be abysmal. It took ahuge step back but was hyped like most sony exclusives as the second coming. I could think I'm just getting tired of the series but I felt some of these shortcomings in the first two but the first two jus did so many things better that I was able to overlook some of these. No pass this time.
I have this for he 360 and its beautiful. I have not seen a ps3 game that's this open and this detailed with so much going on run butter smooth like this does on the pc and 360 so I believe the bottleneck ram and slow blueray speeds will keep this off the ps3 as it would be a huge step down.

Yes if you look bac at the last 3 or four years the ps3 always beats ms in the spring and summer and then ms picks up in the fall nearly erasing the 360 thousand lead sony gets in the early months. Look back at the numbers as this is fact. Maybe it has something to do with a lover price point?
@ darkride...your not the only one. I enjoy the sp geow experience very much and have played the entire series to see what happens. Their writing is not brilliant but the go for the fun factor and al2ays have. Now this deve from deadspace needs to keep his mouth shut. What's their to gain by upetting the 3 or 4 million people that by gears and enjoy it. I enoy deadspace but the writing is not why I enjoy that game either but because these devs have to go off and insult other teams I loose...
The most important thing you need to look at is how the company's are doing as a whole. Without sony there would be know ps3 or ps3 and same with ms as a whole. Its plain and simple sony is dying as abrand dropping 8 billion plus in the red the last 4 years while ms is profitable even in their gameing division. Like I said without the parent company making money to stay alive the entertainment division is useless numbers to look at.
Not to bring sony into this but it sounds like ms still made a butt load of cash and sony lossed almost 6 billion so its a fair statement that I don't think ms is to bothered by this as they are looking good going into next gen still on top of $ony. They still made a hefty profit even when you add all ms divisions together. I could make a list a longer than that for ms new ips this gen especially if you are opening it up to dl or psn games. On topic I don't feel the god of war series is milked since it hs a loyal following that want to keep playing. If this game somehow does bad or does not live up to its presecessers and they continue to make more games than that would be milking imo. I don't see what this article is even for. We have a game that's been announced a while ago that we have seen screen shots of and has a solid release date. Then we have a game this article is comparing it too that has not even been announced.
The thing with star wars is everyone on here knew when they showed footage at e3 a year ago that it would suck for adults. So to say it disspointed me would be wrong as that game had already let me down along time ago and was never on my buying radar this year. I finished Binary Domain the week it came out. It was a little short but a fun game overall. I still can finish orc because it just keeps repeating itself and the formula was not good to start with so it would easily be my most dissapo...

Being exclusive to sony is not a good idea as you miss a lot of great games and vice versa....uncharted and infmaous and resistance and tales of graces and then witcher2,left fordead 1 and 2, gear of war series, halo, great rpgs in lost oddsey and tales of vesperia and many more for each console. Fanboys don't pay off but gamers do. Can't forget the original mass effect or mgs4. I also loved Kameo and heavenly sword.

@ silent..if it makes you feel better I did notice ps3 had the most games of any of the big 3 in spots 80 to 100.
uncharted is not 10 hours long unless you count the install and firmware update. Just kidding.
