I'm completely fine with the game pausing to pick guns and powers. I played Mass Effect 2 on the hardest difficulty where you actually have to think where to send you team, what guns or powers to use and where to take cover yourself.
You can't just run and gun like people can do on normal mode or in all the Mass Effect 3 gameplay trailers out there. I'm probably going to start ME3 on the hardest difficulty because of this since the game feels way more tactical, im...
There goes their reason for the proprietary flash memory card. I'm buying a Vita day one regardless but it's still funny how their main reason for the cards, other than keeping load times consistent, is gone already.
I installed custom firmware on my psp like two years ago too but I got rid of it when the free psp games were released after the psn hack.
If someone buys a 360 now they still have a backlog of exclusive games to play so I don't see how someone who does this is a "moron".
Still, I'd rather buy a ps3 now if I didn't have one already but I'm still looking forward to playing Alan Wake and Minecraft on 360 this year.
I just don't get why people have to passionately love the things they own while passionately hating the competition.
@Shubhankar
Again "The dream would be that the millions of Call of Duty fans that are enjoying these fast-paced online games are attracted to this Resident Evil."
Notice the word "THIS". It refers to Operations Raccoon City. They said they're going to keep making the games as whole more action orientated but the COD market quote is related to Operations Raccoon City.
I'm just trying to say that people should actual...
Too bad he said that regarding the ACTION game Operations Raccoon City. Please don't just look at headlines.
I think Leon's story looks like a horror game while Chris and the other guy's look more action orientated. I'm okay with this though because it looks like they are at least innovating on the controls.
This is such a flamebait article. He's talking about Operations Raccoon City not RE6. It IS an action game and I remember hearing this "dream" for Operations Raccoon City months ago.
Too bad half of you don't read the actual contents of the article...
I was scared a lot during the Suffering but I was only twelve at the time. I never watched anything for Dead Space before I bought it Day 1 and the beginning was the freakiest part of the game imo but it wasn't the scariest thing.
Then I played Amnesia when it was $4 on Steam a couple months ago and I put on ear buds and played it in the dark and that was scarier than anything I have ever played and I loved it...
Obviously I was exaggerating with "5 seconds" and I have seen Family Guy more than South Park actually. I stopped watching Family Guy 1 year ago though and did just start watching South Park for the first time.
The thing I hate about Family Guy is how they focus more on the jokes that aren't part of the story. People pronouncing words weird, Peter holding his knee for a minute, cutting to random old clips from tv and movies, fights with a chicken that's 3 mi...
I don't understand how this can even work and try to be funny. They can't copy the show and cut to a random joke every 5 seconds that has nothing to do with anything.
I think District 9 would make a great game and the second half of the film proves it imo.
"If a sexy Monster Hunter exclusive gets announced, sure I'll jump in line."
So he's just like all of Japan.
2012 has everyone so paranoid.
I played Skyrim for 100 hours on 360 and never encountered any huge bugs. I encountered just as many as I did in Bethesdas other games and to me the amount is never enough to take away from the game experience.
Dragon Age 2 definitely deserves to be nominated for and hopefully win Outstanding Achievement in Online Game Play.
Edit - Since I got a disagree is it not a typo for being under that category or can no one understand sarcasm?
From a one minute search the category is actually achievement in online connectivity. That comes from the actual press release too and not some random site looking for hits.
I didn't hate Dragon Age 2. I was just utterly disappointed by how much more I liked Dragon Age: Origins.
I wonder if Infinity Ward's new game will still come out in 2 years since they're spending resources and people on DLC for nine months.
I'm happy that it's getting new DLC as long as it's not just a weapon pack or something.
And like everyone's saying the game is complete but they did flip on the no DLC plan that they thought would "hinder the game balance we have achieved for all players". I just don't see how NYC_Gamer gets disagrees for pointing it out.
Some of you are way to defensive over something you have no personal involvement in making...
Every game developer cuts things from their game based on feedback from playtests, time constraints or ideas that are too involving, outlandish or don't work. Just like how Super Mario Galaxy 2 is all just a bunch of ideas that were tossed around during the first games development and there was no time to do them. Just like how the Atlantis level was cut from God of War.
The guys scope for the Transformers game he wanted to make for the psp was too big for the game to eve...
So you just wanted all gameplay and no story like the article writer?
The world of the series and the story of ME2 is great imo. The fact that even the small side missions in ME1 are developed more through messages and new missions in ME2 made the game feel so personal with the continuity. I know people who played on ps3 didn't get the smaller continuity in their game but the reason I like the series so much is because I feel like every choice I made in ME1 and 2 already ...
