I only care because if the PS3 doesnt atleast catch the 360, we will never see what the cell combined with blu-ray can actually do.
The 360 is fun, and I enjoy mine, but if its true that its limitations have been reached, this generation sucks. We have 4-5 more years of games like Bioshock being the peak? Does that really not bother anyone else?

MGS4 is even more hyped than Halo was, especially in Japan. In America, people have been polled multiple times and have always listed the PS3 as their most wanted console.

I dont think it was price that was holding people back. The core cost almost as much as the Wii..and we see how thats selling in comparison. Unless they drop it below $199 it wont matter. But hell at that price point people can buy both the PS3 and the Xbox360. :-D.
If Sony wasnt bashed on constantly people would see what a huge failure the Xbox really is. Once again look at the PR stuff. Day before Halo 3 release, they bash the PS3.

Gamers and people need to see thats its ok to like Sony again. This might be another reason they released in Europe first, to get some momentum with the huge price cut and PES 2008. The price has dropped, and the games look promising for the rest of the year and next year. SO far its been selling well on amazon over seas, and this is also Europes first holiday season with the PS3.

Good for the Xbox to increase, but thats still not nearly enough. Seeing as this is Xbox's only real system seller for awhile, im not sure if this is something to get excited about.(IT DOES HAVE GOOD GAMES. But nothing will come close to Halo 3 on the Xbox in terms of sales.)

Currently the PS3 doesnt have those online movie features, but seeing as Sony does make movies and music, and seeing as we all know Home is coming, the Xbox360 will be outgunned in every category soon.
The PS3 is just the better buy, minus the games library. But that changes next year as well.
I really cant see a reason for buying a 360, other than being impatient. But if your that impatient, why not buy a Wii?
